I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Perugia

14/02/2025: Premessa fondamentale: se siete amanti dell’all you can eat o delle porzioni XXL a costi risibili, fortunatamente, questo posto non fa per voi. Ne deriva dunque un locale curato nei dettagli, un ambiente dove non si è disturbati né dal vociare né dalla musica alta o dalle suonerie dei telefoni. L’accoglienza è quella che richiede la ristorazione di un livello medio-alto, il servizio è gentile e puntuale, il proprietario è un oste d’altri tempi. L’uovo avvolto nelle patate, condito con una fonduta di Parmigiano (36 mesi), è l’abbraccio di un amico che non vedi da tempo. L’agnello con il carciofo è la coccola di mamma che non vedi da settimane. Bravi. Voto: 9

26/01/2025: Servizio puntuale e professionale, piatti ben eseguiti, ambiente accogliente e ben arredato con vini ben esposti che dimostrano la presenza una buona cantina. Riguardo alla mia personale esperienza, lascio 4 stelle e non 5 per i seguenti motivi: la carta dei vini presenta alcune inesattezze, ad esempio descrivere un Barolo vinificato in acciaio quando il disciplinare prevede minimo 18 mesi in legno é una bestemmia enologica, bene l'indicazione di annata ma sarebbe bene aggiungere la gradazione alcolica, utilissima a chi non conosce bene il mondo del vino. Altra osservazione, ottima qualità della sella di maiale nero, la quale presenta una parte grassa importante, che chiede a mani giunte di essere poggiata sopra del pane tostato e ancora caldo così da permettere l'esaltazione del grasso leggermente sciolto, servirla con del pane freddo non le rende giustizia. Piccole osservazioni, ma in un posto dove é difficilissimo spendere meno di 80€ a testa, si auspica di fare un'esperienza vicina alla perfezione, magari anche con la presenza di un sommelier in sala che dia una mano ai meno esperti. Spero le osservazioni fatte, siano utili a un'ulteriore passo in avanti, ma la strada é quella giusta

09/03/2025: We drank wine and ate a cheese plate. Everything was delicious! We also got onion jam for the cheeses, amazingly good! We could sit on the terrace because they heated it for us. 🔥🍷

12/03/2025: If you want to eat well in Perugia and if you like truffles you are in the right place. Never eaten such a good truffle. The trained and very friendly staff made us feel at home. Perfect and abundant dishes. Very clean and tidy place.

06/01/2025: Gestito dagli stessi proprietari dell hotel pax in questo ristorante trovi i veri sapori umbri. Primi eccezionali specialmente gli gnocchi al sagrantino e la pasta peperoni e burrata. Dolci fantastici e conto veramente eccellente. Lo straconsiglio

09/03/2025: I have already been there a while ago, but I returned and I confirm my very positive experience, I ate very well, a beautiful place immersed in the nature of the Maremma, excellent food and very qualified staff, I ate an excellent appetizer the chef's trio, delicious, followed by an excellent peposo with baked potatoes perfect both in cooking and in flavor, delicious desserts. Excellent place, clean and the staff of the staff all prepared and very efficient guys. I will definitely return.

15/02/2025: We found the Agriturismo Il Melograno by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise. They have a fairly sophisticated menu at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place.

16/03/2025: This is a hidden gem that was filled with locals at lunch. We arrived at 130 which was perfect to grab a table for 2 and get a ravioli and pasta dish. It was good and the servers were friendly.

22/03/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home in the heart of Trevi, Trattoria La Bigonza is a must! Michele, the owner, is truly a super host: welcoming, helpful and ready to make you live a unique experience. We started with a phenomenal appetizer: the crostone with Ciauscolo, traditional and abundant, which immediately won us over for its authentic flavor and the quality of the ingredients. For the first courses, we tried the Grigia with mushrooms and the Cannelloni with artichokes: both excellent dishes, prepared with care and absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfect and the toppings rich in flavor. For the second course, we chose the livers and meatballs, both exquisite dishes that left us speechless for their goodness. As a side dish, the roast potatoes were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The environment of the trattoria is super cute and original, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. It is the kind of place that manages to combine tradition with a touch of modernity, creating a pleasant and relaxing experience. And, what is really appreciable, the price is low, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. 02/03/2025: What can I say, I express my opinion after having had the opportunity to try the cuisine several times. First of all, the service, offered by young staff who are always very friendly and polite, helped me to appreciate the place. One also known for the place, unique thanks to its panorama with Mount Vettore and the Castelluccio valley as a backdrop. The food is always very good, albeit with some declines in some of the first courses. Never about ingredients but, more about cooking and seasoning methods, unfortunately not always up to par. Prices on average stand at around 35/40 euros per person for a complete course including house wine. Ultimately: lovely place (not refined) as well as the quality of the ingredients always excellent. The cuisine is a little less so due to the seasonings which are sometimes a little excessive and not always spot on. The grilled dishes are very good.

15/02/2025: Scoperto grazie al consiglio di amici di Perugia, è un ristorante fuori dai circuiti turistici umbri. Anche la cucina di distacca dai classici “ salumi tartufo e torta al testo”. Ottime materie prime abilmente cucinate, presentazione classica, ma curata. Servizio attento, senza essere lezioso. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo dei vini in carta. Da ritornare sicuramente

05/01/2025: Servizio ottimo e cibo eccellente! Abbiamo gustato prodotti tipici del territorio preparati sul momento come squisiti pici all' aglione fatti a mano. Consigliabile prenotare perché sempre pieno.
