A charming place surrounded by greenery. Especially suitable for a group of four, as the quadruple room consists of two very spacious rooms. The food was excellent, and the friendliness of Emiliano and the entire staff made all the difference. We'll be back to enjoy the pool in the warmer months!

I dined at this restaurant for Valentine's Day, and not only was the food excellent, but what made me fall in love with the place was the kind and warm service. The waiter who served us made me feel incredibly at peace. In fact, it's my first restaurant review, and I felt compelled to do so because I'd never had such a good experience.

I stayed at this property for a family weekend. The place far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and always available. Surrounded by greenery, it offers relaxation but also plenty of comfort. The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Pets are welcome, and the restaurant serves delicious local produce. Breakfast features homemade cakes and a wide variety. We will definitely be back.

31/03/2026: A restaurant in the heart of Spoleto's historic center, with a casual and charming atmosphere. We enjoyed excellent platters and traditional local dishes, accompanied by an excellent Montefalco wine. We highly recommend this experience. We'll definitely be back!

Umbria DOC - Taverna Dei Sapori

08/04/2026: Dinner with friends. Very nice restaurant, with a very hospitable chef. Excellent quality ingredients, featuring Umbrian tradition as well as some successful reinterpretations. Reasonable prices. I didn't give it 5 stars because toward the end of the dinner, with two windows open and the front door open, we felt a bit chilly. Will we return? Definitely, but we'll ask—and it's our fault—to close the doors and windows in case of a chilly breeze.
05/04/2026: A small restaurant located in a charming village (reservations recommended). Cuisine strongly rooted in the local area. Handmade pasta with organic flours, including gluten-free pasta, always made by them in their own kitchen. Organically grown produce from local farms, free-range meats, and desserts made daily by the chef. We didn't know they'd offer gluten-free options; imagine the delight of ordering everything on the menu without gluten. Attentive, precise, and thoughtful service, sensitive to intolerances. For two people, a full menu (with truffles), side dishes, dessert wine, and coffee—does that seem like a lot? Considering the quality of the ingredients used, the service, and the attention we received, it's excellent. Highly recommended.
