Perfect experience. Beautiful location, extremely well looked after. All the staff were always present and the service was impeccable. Excellent tasting, with first-rate raw materials expertly paired. All the dishes had their own peculiarity and made the tasting journey an experience that would be difficult to forget. I can only highly recommend the place to anyone, congratulations indeed

I've already forgotten how I found out though If you want to eat here, book accommodation nearby. I was planning on having dinner and staying overnight. On a Sunday in March, they said they didn't have dinner, so I ordered lunch. I was able to make a reservation from the website, but perhaps because I was coming from Japan, the reservation didn't respond well, so I contacted them directly via email. They responded and I was able to make a reservation. On the day of the event, the full course would take 3 hours, so I had to change my reservation at 2:00 pm to 12:30 at short notice. Thank you for your flexible and kind response. (It was a good thing that I happened to be able to schedule sightseeing the day before.) I was worried because the tartar dish I had previously in Paris wasn't quite right, but the tartar dish here was incomparably delicious and I fell in love with it. I would like to come back for the tartar dish. However, since the day I visited was Sunday, there were no buses and I had to call a taxi from Siena. Finally, I was able to talk with the Japanese staff, who taught me about the surrounding environment and gave me a good understanding of the traffic situation. It took about 40 minutes to walk to the accommodation, so next time I think I'll have to go directly by car.

First starred experience. Warm and welcoming environment, it feels like being welcomed into a home. We chose a 5-course tasting menu chosen by the chef. Good dishes but I wasn't particularly impressed by the first courses, combinations that were too flat and delicate for me. The mouth instead exploded with the pici with duck and broccoli and the beef with grilled artichoke and potato. Except for the cod with onion coffee, the portions are adequate to arrive at the small pastry shop with a full belly. The verna bread is very good. I liked the dessert, an average little pastry. Extensive wine list with honest markups. No response to an email request. Service started fast and slowed down after the first appetizer. The asking price, being a starred one, is competitive but I left without having tasted anything that would make me want to return.

Great food, friendly and attentive staff.

An experience to live. Familiar Tuscan environment but refined in the illustration, in the furnishings, in the choice of objects for setting the table. Typical Tuscan ingredients revisited in a modern but tasty twist, all so good you won't be able to choose! Gorgeous.

After a trip to the Sienese countryside we went to eat in this restaurant (because it starred and at a good price) and I must say that despite being in a place that is not very easy to reach, it is highly recommended both for the quality of the food and the service. Unfortunately we can't comment on the other diners but flip-flops with jeans are simply not to be seen, especially in a high-class restaurant. Quail is something I don't normally eat but I really enjoyed it.

Locale molto molto accogliente nel bellissimo borgo di Villa A Sesta Appena arrivati ci hanno aperto la porta del loro bellissimo mondo fatto di gentilezza e dettegli per i clienti Tutto impeccabile dagli antipasti, ai ravioli, il secondo e i dolci; tutti accompagnati con un calice di vino differenti Non è la classica cena ma un’esperienza che ogni tanto bisogna fare Super consigliato!!!

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Team. Trotz Reservierungsfehlers unsererseits wurde uns kurzfristig ein Tisch an der Kaffebar eingerichtet. Tolles Menü und eine super Weinkarte. In der gibt es auch für Normalverbraucher bezahlbare gute Weine <50€. Sehr empfehlenswert
