22/07/2024: La vera cucina senese. Ottimo servizio, gentilezza e competenza. Ottimo!!!! Non vedo l'ora di tornarci! Per coloro che ricercano il fascino e l'atmosfera della Siena vera ed autentica.

02/07/2024: We stayed very well. Antonio and Filippo are very kind and approachable. Everything we tasted was prepared to perfection with fresh, quality ingredients. The carbonara is special! Tripe and ossobuco as per Sienese tradition. I'll be back soon!

16/08/2024: Restaurant located in the beautiful location of Borgo San Luigi. This is already a huge plus because it is a paradise, in every sense. The restaurant is large and meals can be consumed both inside and outside, by the pool. We had the opportunity to dine by the pool several times and the atmosphere is magical, romantic (by candlelight) and relaxing. Very kind staff, who pamper the customer in every way, giving relevant advice and directions. Let's move on to the food... what can I say: excellent. Part of the products offered are of their own production. In general the raw materials are of excellent quality. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, starting from the cooking of the food to the plating. I tasted several first and second courses, their delicious bruschetta as a starter and desserts. The pici cacio e pepe is highly recommended, they are superb. The ribeye with rocket and parmesan is delicious, as is the fillet flavored with thyme. How to close the meal? Don't miss their chocolate cake or the wonderful berry cheesecake in a glass🤩 Their portions are satisfying. Clearly the bill isn't the cheapest, but it's worth it.

11/07/2024: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Excellent value for money and courtesy. In the vicinity it is possible to park your motorbike in total safety. I recommend it

12/06/2024: It's better to come earlier, around seven, at 8 it gets crowded and a bit louder.

28/07/2024: Very good restaurant: the picis al ragù are excellent. Very welcoming and pleasant team. Very pleasant terrace Quick service. We recommend without hesitation.

11/08/2024: Restaurant / pizzeria at the entrance to the Siena campsite (scacciapensieri residential area). Excellent pizza, of all types, and good cuisine. Very friendly service with managers who always put you at ease.

01/09/2024: Excellent trattoria a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo. Generous portions, delicious dishes, very kind staff and service much faster than I thought, also given the amount of people who were there. It makes you want to return to Siena even just to come back here to eat.

08/08/2024: We were surprised by the portion sizes! The food is fresh, the staff is kind and the view and the atmosphere are great when sitting outside, especially in the shaded area. Thank you for a pleasant lunch experience!

08/08/2024: Loved its atmosphere and landscape. Ideal for the sunset. Be careful with the car. Somebody forced our car’s doors and stole our bags.

30/07/2024: I was in the Drogheria Franci just last week, I wanted to choose a good bottle, but I was advised by Flavio on a tasting of top brunelli. It was simply incredible, rare wines with amazing family stories, small companies impossible to find in my country. The food was incredible, I thank the chef for this amazing culinary experience, rich but distinct flavors (ps. the aubergine is incredible). Finally I also ordered 12 bottles for my small fridge.

26/06/2024: Ottimo pranzo. Entrati per caso dopo aver parcheggiato di fianco nel piazzale fortezza. Sicuramente i prezzi sono più alti di tutti i ristoranti turistici frequentati nel mio viaggio in val di chiana e val d’Orcia. Evidentemente Montalcino è trendy. Tuttavia ho pagato volentieri perché ho mangiato bene e sono stato servito con garbo e celerità.

31/05/2024: Characteristic hotel in the center of Sarteano, transformed into a hotel from an old monastery. The environment is very welcoming, tastefully furnished with antique furniture. Very comfortable and quiet. The garden is very beautiful with a wonderful terrace with a splendid view of the valley and lakes. The owners are very kind with particular attention from Mr. Giorgio who is very nice and friendly. We had a very good time, like being at home...
