I dined at this family-run restaurant—I believe it's one of the last family-run restaurants in the center of Florence—and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and warm, with a typical atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The service is friendly, attentive, and genuine, without being intrusive. I thank the waiter Andrea and one of the owners, Giacomo, who welcomed us and gave us excellent advice! The kitchen offers traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with care, with authentic flavors and satisfying portions. The passion of a family-run business is evident, both in the quality of the food and in the attention to detail. I recommend this place to anyone seeking authenticity, good food, and an experience away from the touristy spots.
