Following our meal last night, I wanted to share my experience. We arrived early without a reservation, but were still warmly welcomed. The two pizzas we tried were delicious. Thin and crispy crust, at least 35 cm in diameter, and generously topped. The price was competitive, half the price of those on the French Riviera. The same goes for the desserts. The service was quick and efficient. They also offer takeaway pizzas. They don't speak French, but the menu is in Italian and English. I highly recommend it.

During the summer, they are open five days a week. It is known as a popular eatery in this area, and you can enjoy Italian food like pasta and pizza at affordable prices compared to Korea. I also recommend the fried mushrooms. However, you might find the seasoning a bit stronger than Korean food. I revisited on May 10, 2026, seven years after posting this and eight years after my first visit. Eight years ago, I visited in late July during the summer. Outside of the summer, they are only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance. They reportedly open at 7:30 PM. The pizza I had for the first time in eight years was delicious, as expected. Four of us each ordered a different type of pizza, and they were all tasty. They also have an assorted fried platter, which is delicious. I end up coming to this restaurant because there aren't many other places to eat out when visiting this area, but it is a satisfying dining experience. My only complaint is that it is a bit too salty for my taste.

A very welcoming place, run informally. The menu is extensive, with a variety of pizzas made with different flours. The service is very fast. The cured meats are delicious, but the fried mushrooms are the highlight. Thank you.

30/03/2026: We stayed at this agriturismo with three couples from Genoa and were absolutely thrilled with the whole experience! We did both the tasting (wine and olive oil from their own production) and the dinner, and everything was delicious. You can really taste the quality of the products and the care they put into them. A big thank you to Federico, the owner: you can tell he's incredibly passionate about what he does! He's also very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining everything in a simple and engaging way. We highly recommend the wine trekking, as it's a complete and truly wonderful experience. The prices are more than fair for what they offer: a truly top-notch experience, we'll definitely be back!
29/03/2026: Our stay at Agriturismo Ulivello in Chianti was simply exceptional. Federico is a wonderful host who creates a special atmosphere with his warmth and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully and stylishly furnished – the original character of the villa has been lovingly preserved, making you feel like you've stepped back in time. The view over the Tuscan countryside is simply phenomenal. An absolute highlight is the wine tour through the vineyards with the subsequent tasting – an unforgettable experience. This was our third stay, and we always love coming back. The wine is simply divine. Breakfast is of high quality and is served with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Lunch and dinner are also a delight: authentic, typical cuisine, just as you would expect from an Italian nonna. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding – even the cappuccino is a small masterpiece. A place that truly inspires.

06/05/2026: The food amazing our florentine steaks were flavourful, and the restaurant itself looked amazing inside. Very pricey ofcource it is a steakhouse after all. but LORENZO MY GOAT 🐐, he made the whole thing feel homey since it was out first time trying something a bit fancy, we felt out of place until he came and made us feel at home. 10/10 if yall fire lorenzo im burning the whole place down😭
02/05/2026: The staff is kind and attentive! The bone in steak and the fresh pasta on wheel was amazing! Would definitely recommend.
