This review is for the restaurant, not hotel. This was one of the best meals we had in Italy. The views are outstanding and taking the funicular to the old town was a fun experience. My husband and daughter shared the steak Florentine, and the waitress presented this huge beautiful cut of meat to show us before it was cooked. The presentation when it came out was spectacular and so large it needed its own table. My braised pork shank was perfectly cooked and juicy.
