The atmosphere is rustic and just as described. The schiacciata was plentiful and made with delicious ingredients. I didn't even have to wait in line to be served. They just need more places to eat.

Spectacular, I recommend everyone try the peposo, a sandwich with beef braised for 10 hours in black pepper and aromatic herbs, topped with a delicious salsa verde. Great, Alex!!!

We ate a spianata that was nothing short of sublime. Crispy and soft on the inside; quality products, and then we met Alex, a truly kind person who, among other things, explains so much about Florence and beyond. Sorry, but while I was talking, I couldn't take a picture of the sandwiches/focaccias.

Just steps from the center of Florence, this small place offers the best "Schiacciata" in the city: crispy and made with quality ingredients, especially porchetta! The owner is very kind and friendly, and makes the "Schiacciata" truly filling! A delight for the palate! Our regular stop when we go to Florence!
