Well...what can I say...well, people...stop here and eat, the lampredotto sandwich is WORLD-CLASS...but...the meat is GOOD too

I bought three Tuscan salamis from this shop before leaving. My only regret is not buying more. They're truly excellent; we've tasted a lot of salamis, but these are on another level.

During our visit to Antico Salumificio Anzuini, we had a wonderful surprise. The sandwiches (schiacciata) are simply remarkable: top-quality, ultra-fresh ingredients, and genuine artisanal skill that makes all the difference. The place is located right next to a large fast-food chain (All'Antico Vinaio) offering the same type of products but benefiting from an Instagram campaign. We've already tried All'Antico Vinaio in Rome, and it's quite good. But here, it's clearly on another level. In fact, it's originally a genuine artisanal charcuterie that capitalized on the queue created by its competitor's followers. It's authentic, generous, and uncompromising. The portions are impressive: very generous, almost difficult to finish because they're so full. But above all, everything is perfectly balanced and delicious. A must-visit in Florence for a quick bite, but with a real commitment to quality.

This is the place to buy your charcuterie. It's excellent! Plus, the service is great and the welcome is fantastic. The owner is really very friendly.

A very well-organized restaurant with courteous, polite, and very friendly staff (you feel right at home!!). You can also sit down and eat right in the historic center. There's a wide selection of meats and other products. The schiacciata is exceptional, perfectly warm and has a lovely crunchy crust with quality cured meats and toppings. The lampredotto melts in your mouth and is very flavorful, paired with a traditional "fogliolina" (bread roll). I highly recommend it, and if you're not familiar with it, I'll definitely be back!
