I said to the sandwich attendant: "hurt me...." and he prepared me a super flatbread with porchetta, aubergines, sun-dried tomato cream and more....
Triumph of traditional Tuscan cured meats, friendly staff and..... There's nothing else to add.
A fantastic experience!
Schiacciata with excellent porchetta and Schiacciata with very good sausage.
The guys are very kind and above all very fast.
And to say that we wanted to try the ancient vintner but in the end we saved some time to go around.
Highly recommended!

Usciti dagli Uffizi, cercavamo un posto dove mangiare velocemente ma senza voler fare file enormi. Si trova accanto all'altro più blasonato, ma grazie all'assenza di fila l'ho preferito e non ho fatto per niente male. Locale informale, personale gentile, ottima schiacciata piena zeppa e condimenti ben pensati. Una delle mie figlie ha preso l'hamburger e anche quello era buono.
Non faranno i video sui social, ma i prodotti sono veramente eccezionali....e poi ci piaceva che utilizzano porchetta e salumi prodotti/venduti da loro.
Prezzi giusti per la qualità e la quantità di quello che mangi

Trovata per caso camminando per il centro. Una macelleria storica tutto prodotto da loro, con annessa panineria di fianco. Gentili e simpatici. I prodotti si vede e si sente che sono genuini. Preso una schiacciata con porchetta, provola e verdure miste. Buonissima...porzione generosa. Vasta scelta di menù con buoni prezzi. Consigliatissimo
