I went there because it was recommended by relatives in the area. It's an excellent seafood restaurant on the main street of Santa Maria al Bagno. I found the fish to be very fresh and well-prepared. The service was very attentive. You can eat à la carte or choose from the tasting menus. Recommended for seafood lovers. Prices are reasonable.

A sophisticated restaurant located in an elegant historic residence overlooking the sea. The decor and service are meticulously crafted. Excellent food quality and exquisite presentation. This isn't our first time here, and each time is a pleasant experience. The friendliness and cleanliness are a constant. It's become a go-to for me. Parking is paid only during the summer months, and you can park on the street. We didn't have to wait because we had reserved a table.

Not much to say: everything was perfect. The venue and service were attentive and meticulous. The menu options are anything but predictable, with original pairings that always enhance the flavors of the ingredients. The Art Nouveau appetizer is absolutely not to be missed: each course is a wonderful surprise for the palate. Spaghetti with scorpion fish is delicious and delicate. Grilled octopus, accompanied by mixed salad, is perfect in its simplicity. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and it's money well spent.

Art Nouveau in Nardò is a truly wonderful restaurant where we had a fantastic time. The Italian cuisine is refined, generous, and full of flavor, with expertly prepared ingredients. Each dish was perfectly executed, both in terms of taste and presentation. The prices are rather high, but the quality of the food and service clearly justifies the bill. The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere elegant without being stuffy, and the whole experience is truly exceptional. A restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend.

03/06/2026: The best tiramisu in the world. I've been coming here for years and the food is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
01/06/2026: Tables under a splendid vaulted ceiling, amidst the village's alleys, with fairy lights and a wonderful, sophisticated selection of music. Everything is simple and homey, from the unique tableware to the chalkboard menu and the dishes prepared and presented with the love a grandmother would put into them. We ate wonderfully, and it was even better. It's definitely worth a stop here.

09/11/2025: I went there for lunch on the recommendation of friends "to eat well-cooked porcini mushrooms." I've never had such PERFECT porcini mushrooms. Everything was excellent. Both the food and the wine (recommended by the guy who looked after us throughout the meal). The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, respectful of our lunch times, and never intrusive. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes I'd glimpsed from neighbors' plates (everything looked delicious). The location was also very beautiful: clean, bright, and overlooking the courtyard with olive trees and antique troughs housing beautiful and well-kept succulents. Everything was very peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
05/11/2025: We had lunch featuring fresh porcini mushrooms. The quality and freshness of the mushrooms were outstanding. From the "simple" porcini carpaccio to more elaborate dishes like porcini mushrooms covered in kataifi. The waiter was extremely attentive to our needs and precise in his suggestions. An excellent location for a tasty, high-quality meal.
