You can tell the ingredients are top-quality, and the price is truly excellent for what you get. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

14/08/2025: Alegría Park is a lovely place to spend time with family or friends. Conveniently located near Mancaversa, it offers a relaxed atmosphere with green areas and open spaces to enjoy the outdoors. It’s ideal for a walk, letting the kids play, and taking advantage of the activities available. The park is clean and well-maintained, although some areas could benefit from more shade on hot days. Its proximity to the coast makes it perfect to combine with a beach day in Gallipoli. Overall, it’s a nice option to relax and enjoy the outdoors in a peaceful, family-friendly environment.

24/04/2025: Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti della zona. È una tappa fissa ogni volta che veniamo a Matino e non restiamo mai delusi. Anzi, tra i nostri piatti preferiti i tacos con Guacamole e tartare di palamita. Così come le linguine con crema alle cime di rapa. Piatto delizioso e non banale. La cornice stupenda con oggetti di design grande charme e un servizio impeccabile ma caloroso. A chi non c’è mai stato lo consiglio vivamente!

29/08/2025: I come to Nardò on vacation every year, and I've never had pizza here. Tonight we're getting three takeout pizzas, and when we get home, I notice that mine tastes weird. I ask my husband and son, and they also think theirs is weird, but mine is really bitter (a simple cooked ham pizza). I call the pizzeria to tell them something's wrong, to check the mozzarella because it tastes really bad. They call me back, telling me not to worry, that they've checked, and that it was ONLY the cooked ham pizza, since it was the cooked ham that had gone bad (and, incidentally, it was cut on the spot, so how could they not notice?). The man on the phone offers to remake our pizzas, but I decline: honestly, I don't feel like eating food that clearly isn't inspected. So the man hangs up, not offering, as I thought he should, a refund. I'm not a slave to 25 euros (these pizzas aren't cheap, by the way) but I earned the money honestly!

30/11/2025: I don't usually post negative reviews, but this time I have to. After my wife and I had a spa break, we moved to the masseria because the gift package included an aperitif. The experience got off to a bad start: without asking us what we were eating, they brought us a platter of cured meats and cheeses, which I personally don't like. I had asked for a fish alternative, but we were served three cold bowls: sweet and sour peppers, zucchini in oil, and mushrooms. I'll skip this because perhaps it's part of their policy, although it would be appropriate to specify this in advance. We decided to stop for lunch anyway, given the time. They brought us the menu, and reading it, I immediately realized something was wrong: I found "fresh spaghetti alla matriciana" (written exactly like that). I asked for clarification, naively hoping it was something other than the classic Roman amatriciana, but they told me it was the "usual matriciana with pancetta." A Roman would have jumped out of his seat, and I was close to doing so: everyone knows that dish is made with guanciale. I skipped ordering it and instead ordered trofie with octopus, while my wife chose a scottona steak roll. It was, honestly, one of the worst dishes I've ever eaten: poor presentation, nonexistent octopus flavor, and extremely low-quality trofie. Basically, pasta with sauce and a few tentacles thrown in. I'm not usually one to leave food, but this time I did. My wife's dish was even worse: the roll tasted like it had been microwaved, accompanied by cold mushrooms. The decision not to return was inevitable, but what made me feel most cheated was the bill: €42. You can't charge €19 per dish for such low quality, and then add the €4 cover charge already included in the other aperitivo receipt. I should point out that I'm used to spending more for a good meal, but only at restaurants that can justify such prices, not at a farmhouse that offers dishes that, at a village festival, would be better at significantly lower prices. I usually don't discuss prices because I'd read them beforehand, but in this case I felt truly cheated. And above all, I never expected such poor quality from a facility connected to the Avaya Golf Club. Unfortunately, it's a place that doesn't live up to its name.

31/10/2025: An enchanting location, a historic Salento farmhouse immersed in the lush Mediterranean countryside and surrounded by the splendor of the golf courses. The lunch menu is simple, but features exquisitely prepared traditional dishes, made with quality ingredients, and, above all, generously portioned. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with special praise for the delightful Alessia. Stopping here for lunch after a delightful visit to the hotel spa was a rewarding experience, one we'll definitely repeat.

12/07/2025: Un contesto di campagna piacevole, soprattutto di sera quando non si vedono gli ulivi morti. Un edificio di notevole impatto, con grande capacità suggestiva. La cucina è semplice, senza svolazzi, adatta a chi si adatta. Personale che va capito, prezzi fondamentalmente corretti.

21/09/2025: We visited this pizzeria at the invitation of two friends, traveling over 120 km there and back, expecting a wonderful evening of karaoke and delicious pizza. Instead, we found ourselves with an experience we'd soon forget. As soon as we entered, we were overwhelmed by a deafening noise: the music was so loud we couldn't even exchange a few words with the person next to us—an uncontrolled, annoying, and poorly managed chaos that made any kind of conversation or relaxation impossible. When we ordered, half the pizzas on the menu were unavailable due to a lack of ingredients. No one had notified us, and we found ourselves having to change our orders on the spot. The pizzas then arrived incorrect, incomplete, or completely different from what we'd asked for, as if they'd been made randomly. And to make matters worse, when it came time to pay, the POS didn't work. No one had informed us upon arrival, and we found ourselves in a bind because no one at our table had cash. An unacceptable inconvenience, especially in 2025. A disaster from start to finish. The place was chaotic, the service disorganized, and there was a complete lack of respect for the customers. Not only will we not return, but we're also sorry we drove all that way for such a disappointing evening.
