03/05/2026: Another historic place that has remained in the same location for over 45 years, with more or less the same decor. Excellent schiacciata, cured meats, and cheeses. Simple first and second courses. An ideal place for a quality snack or lunch. Bar, tobacconist, and a small grocery store complete the picture. Convenient parking.

03/06/2026: The best burger in Salento. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but I did eat at the nearby Palazzo Specchia (formerly Palazzo Siena) right across the street. I hope to return soon for a more relaxed evening to try other dishes, perhaps sitting at one of their outdoor tables.

I understand that the day included a special event, but perhaps it would have been helpful to communicate this more clearly, so that we could have made an informed decision whether or not to participate. Regarding the service, unfortunately, our experience was different from what you described: we encountered a certain disorganization and a lack of attention to requests, which was a negative impact. 23/08/2025: We happened to be at this stretch of beach on a less than ideal swimming day and were hungry. The service was very friendly and helpful – they immediately addressed the children kindly and offered a highchair without hesitation. The food was excellent (fish, meat, pasta, salad). Due to the fresh ingredients, it was a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this restaurant!

31/05/2026: A cafe with responsive waitstaff in a great, quiet location. They offer delicious "puccia" sandwiches with various ingredients, salads, drinks, and more. The staff speaks English well. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the restrooms 😉.

30/05/2026: Terrible. They told me to leave because they don't allow me to use computers in the dining room (the dining room was empty), obviously after I had consumed a large amount of food. I've never experienced such rudeness, and never again.

03/01/2026: We celebrated New Year's Eve dinner at Corte degli Aranci with a group of 30 friends, and the experience was fantastic in every way. Since we're a dance group, we were looking for the perfect combination of good food and the right rhythm, and we found it. Special praise goes to the service: managing a table of 30 during a sold-out New Year's Eve party is no easy task, but the staff was impeccable. They were fast, professional, and always smiling, demonstrating uncommon organizational skills. Despite the complexity of the evening, we never felt neglected, and the timing between courses was perfect. The dinner was good, but the entertainment also made the difference: the band was exceptional, capable of engaging us all with the right repertoire and keeping us dancing from start to finish. Good food, captivating music, and top-notch service in a charming location like the heart of Specchia. Thank you for making the start of our year so special. We'll definitely be back!

28/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant on Christmas Eve. You can choose between a meat or seafood menu, with generous appetizers, a delicious seafood first course (linguine with clams), and a fantastic fresh fried fish dish. Highly recommended.

17/07/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto su consiglio di amici, nei vicoli del centro storico. Che dire: personale simpatico, professionale e garbato. Cibo eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi (linguine con i frutti di mare e gnocchi di patate con vongole e asparago verde) davvero deliziosi, seguiti da un'ottima frittura di calamari. Vino rosato di eccellente qualità. Consigliatissimo!
