20/02/2026: Terrible experience. We've been to this place where kindness and friendliness are nonexistent. The dishes arrived after 45 minutes (with only five tables in our room), and people were left without dinner because their order was wrong. The waiter's response, complete with a smile, was: "It can happen, don't be upset!"
Of course, as you say, it can happen—expecting normal service in normal times—but it shouldn't happen if you want to be a restaurateur.
Absolutely avoid!

A warm welcome and a menu rich in dishes designed and prepared with passion at this lovely trattoria in the center of Maglie. The pasta with scorpion fish sauce is excellent, a true highlight of the restaurant.

28/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant on Christmas Eve. You can choose between a meat or seafood menu, with generous appetizers, a delicious seafood first course (linguine with clams), and a fantastic fresh fried fish dish.
Highly recommended.

27/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a fantastic experience. The food and service were top-quality. The location was deliberately retro, with the option of enjoying the food outside. The first course, mezzé paccheri with scorpion fish, was fantastic. The owner, Pino, was kind and helpful. All the staff were excellent. Give it a try.

12/11/2025: Poor quality and overpriced for the cakes. I ate them at a party, and I have to say they were poorly made. I wouldn't recommend them.

Che dire: personale simpatico, professionale e garbato. Cibo eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi (linguine con i frutti di mare e gnocchi di patate con vongole e asparago verde) davvero deliziosi, seguiti da un'ottima frittura di calamari. Vino rosato di eccellente qualità.
Consigliatissimo!

I strongly advise you to reconsider your planning.

26/10/2025: Sunday dinner in late October, one of the few places open in the area. A pleasant surprise, both the orecchiette with meatballs and the tripe were excellent, but above all, the delicious almond and fig spumone! It's a shame I don't live nearby, but I'd love to go back.

06/10/2025: Expensive. They charged us 2.50 euros per person for service, which was practically nonexistent (the lady forgot water and an extra plate; while we were waiting for the bill, she joked with the rest of the staff, even though she knew we were waiting). The food was poor.
