30/05/2026: Excellent food, service a bit slow. I returned after a while. If you're aware of the wait times, the wait isn't too bad. You expect to have to wait. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. The only downside was the menu doesn't allow for any variations, like adding sauce to a sandwich that doesn't have any.

10/06/2026: Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the seafood and meat aperitif was endless, made to order and with delicious ingredients, and the ice cream was excellent. Prices were average. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. I sat down and simply asked for a gin and tonic with an aperitif. To my surprise, the waiter asked me what I meant by "aperitif," demonstrating a lack of knowledge of a basic restaurant concept. After explaining that I wanted something to snack on with my drink, I was told they would bring olives, taralli, and cashews. When I explained that I was expecting something more substantial, I was offered a simple calzone to share. The problem was that in the end, only the calzone arrived: no olives, no cashews, nothing of what was initially promised. A confusing and disorganized service from start to finish. The waitresses were unprofessional and unwelcoming, with attitudes that made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. Furthermore, the place didn't convey the impression of cleanliness or care at all. The most frustrating thing was the final bill: €15 for a gin and tonic, a Coke Zero, and a small shared calzone, without even the basic accompaniments one would normally expect from an aperitivo. In the restaurant industry, simply serving a drink isn't enough: you need expertise, organization, customer service, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I found none of this in this experience. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a proper aperitivo.

17/01/2026: A terrible evening, not to be repeated. The place was small and chaotic. Every time the waiters passed by, there was little space, they would throw your coat and bags on the floor. The food, in my opinion, was of poor quality. I was also dissatisfied with the quantity. I will never return.

Like the soap in the bathrooms, the menu is a bit too fickle (dishes disappear) without any explanation. Good, well-presented dishes with a nice balance of flavors.

23/12/2025: We came here for the first time and were greeted by the kindness of the owner, who gave us excellent recommendations for the dishes. We had appetizers, first courses, and desserts, all beautifully prepared with good-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very refined and comfortable. We will definitely return and would happily recommend it.

Highly recommended, it never disappoints in every way: captivating menu, top-quality ingredients, attentive and smiling service, pleasant and warm atmosphere, and well-spaced tables. 08/06/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Salento, featuring fresh, local produce. A top-notch set menu. The portions are generous (don't eat too much before you arrive, as they only seem to be open in the evenings). Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere… this was our second visit, and we'll definitely be back every time we return to the area. Thank you 🙏
