15/08/2024: Returned after 3 years and after a first experience in 2015, when the position was different. Compared to the first time especially, a lot has changed. Raw tasting and starters less abundant and different than in the past where more types of seafood and more variety and number of dishes were served. Service with several flaws, such as the order of the dishes being different from what was declared and forgetfulness in serving. It's also a shame about the different location, which previously had a very particular charm. Still fresh fish

21/08/2024: Un'esperienza culinaria sublime. Se volete assaporare i piatti tipici del Salento, dai sapori autentici, dovete assolutamente andare in questo ristorante. Location molto suggestiva, tra ulivi e particolari di altri tempi (il pozzo, la vecchia biciletta e molto altro), il nostro cameriere Federico è stato gentilissimo, ha saputo consigliarci in maniera molto onesta anche in relazione alle quantità da ordinare. Il mix di antipasti locali (credo almeno una dozzina) ci ha lasciati estasiati ad ogni boccone: fave e cicorie, melanzane, bocconcini di carne, formaggi, frittini, frittatina di patate, peperoni e tanto altro. Una menzione speciale alle cicorie con le fave, sublimi! Anche i primi buoni e di giusta quantità. Corretto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. In cucina 2 ragazzi giovani a cui va tutto il nostro plauso, bravissimi! Consigliatissimo

14/08/2024: Premetto che questo ristornante ha rappresentato per un anno intero un tormentone per noi ed una coppia di amici, in quanto l’anno scorso provammo ogni sorta di ristorante/masseria salentina però non riuscimmo a provare Sapori Salentini di Pisignano… Ne abbiamo parlato per un anno intero, fantasticando su come potesse essere… Finalmente riusciamo ad andarci quest’anno, dopo l’ennesima vacanza in Salento e… FANTASTICO!!!! Tutto buono e soprattutto un plauso va ai due cuochi della struttura che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra e ci hanno offerto da bere al termine della cena. Torneremo sicuramente.

17/06/2024: In this place there is a particular organization. You enter through the entrance, choose orders and pay. You will be given a small device that looks like a remote control. Then you sit outside on the benches where you have the opportunity to see the parked cars or on the open terrace or sit at the various tables or under the gazebo. The remote control will ring as soon as the order is ready and you will go to collect it alone. Pizzas as good as burgers.

17/09/2023: The food was nothing special, everything was good but the bacon on the fried pizza was stale. Spartan location. The staff in the dining room and kitchen is the strong point. Courteous, helpful, quick. Clean and well-stocked place. Paid very little 12.5 euros per person. Ample parking.

10/09/2023: This restaurant finally has the right staff to go great... everyone is kind, friendly and helpful! A standing ovation definitely goes to the pizza chef... run and taste his pizzas!!!

31/08/2024: We had a great time! The staff is very kind and helpful. The quality of the meat is extremely exceptional. Perfect cooking at the right point. We highly recommend it!

17/07/2024: I really like the Perrone butcher shop. The meat is of excellent quality. The price difference to the supermarket is small, but the quality of the meat from the butcher shop is much better than from the supermarket. A pinch of salt and pepper is enough 😋. For about 3-4 years you have been able to eat a very good piece of meat in the butcher's shop in the evening. The owner Rocco grills the meat that you have previously chosen from the meat counter. There is also a crisp salad and fries. We can highly recommend it.
