01/09/2025: For dinner, with friends, roast beef, pizza, delicious dessert, courtesy and hospitality... a cheerful evening spent, the room beautiful, welcoming.

17/08/2025: I had the opportunity to dine one evening in August at this restaurant, located in a fairly isolated spot. The restaurant is accessed from a dirt road, and the parking lot is completely dark. The restaurant is adjacent to a sort of campsite, with containers converted into bungalows. The waiter who served us forgot an appetizer, and the two first courses arrived at different times. We had indicated, since there were four of us, that the two first courses would be shared, but the waiter forgot the plates to share them. The first courses (risotto with datterini tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and spaghetti with sea urchins) were average, with the risotto slightly overcooked. The fried fish was good, but not worth returning for. For dessert, we had two spumoni and a soft-centred cheesecake that was actually a very ordinary ice cream with sprinkles on top. The bill for: 2 appetizers - 2 first courses - 2 second courses - 3 desserts - water, wine, and coffee was €130.

28/08/2025: The waiters are rude and rude, the service is unacceptable. The risotto was full of cream, the pizza crust was rubbery, and the paccheri with seafood gave two out of two people who ordered it stomach upset. The flavor was good, and only one waiter could be called such.

18/08/2025: Typical Lecce pizzeria Six of us went for dinner. We arrived when the place was full, the wait was just right, the staff was quick and attentive, moving their hands and heads, creating a dynamic and fast atmosphere. The waiter's attention to asking the pizza chef how the orders were before taking our appetizer order was a sign of attention and professionalism not found even in more upscale places. The drinks arrived promptly and were perfectly cold... but always before or alongside the food (not a given). I'm not even talking about the food (because it was as good as I expected it to be): pizza, fried food, pucce, pieces of horse meat, even jumbo ones (if I didn't appreciate them, there's no point in coming to Salento). All good, with authentic and fragrant flavors. Clean and, I'd say, with a friendly touch, namely a mascot that was among the tables, tolerated by everyone with respect and politeness. If you happen to stop by, it's definitely worth it. P.S. We went in August, but these locals come here year-round and are never disappointed. They also do takeout, and in our case, it didn't bother us too much. Maybe things change in the winter, but I must say that the staff is attentive and does their best to keep the wait to a minimum.

14/08/2025: A wide selection of classic and specialty pizzas, all top marks despite the lack of a wood-fired oven. The dough is light and easy to digest. You can choose from a variety of beers, including craft beers. The waitress was truly attentive. Reasonable prices for those coming from northern Italy. They also offer takeout and takeout. In the summer of 2025, we'll be returning to La Voglia, and I'll give this pizzeria a top rating once again. The frisa party pizza with stracciatella is out of this world.

07/08/2025: I went with my family (5 people). The staff were very kind, serious, and super professional. The interior was beautiful. The pizza dough was very light and really good. The ingredients were excellent, and the fried foods were delicious. Overall, highly recommended. 🔝🔝🔝

02/06/2025: We ordered four take-out pizzas, two of which were gluten-free and lactose-free. We called the pizzeria from home because we couldn't distinguish the pizzas. They told us that the gluten-free ones are those with just one olive, but strangely enough, my daughter's, who is celiac, the only one with chips, had 3 olives. In the confusion, my daughter ate a little of both pizzas and was sick all night. Luckily, hers is not a serious alliance.

22/04/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try it, because even though today is a regular working day and Google indicates that the restaurant should be open - it is not 🙃

04/09/2025: We visited this restaurant in Lecce with a group of six, with a reservation, and initially the experience was promising. The outdoor setting is charming, nestled in the streets of the historic center, and the food was served promptly (a 10-20 minute wait, absolutely adequate). Unfortunately, the evening took a turn for the worse due to a sudden downpour. I believe the staff didn't handle the situation promptly: several dishes were left out in the rain, and for some of my friends, virtually the entire dinner was wasted. We customers had to make do with "saving" what food we could, eating standing up like 15 other people around us. The staff only gave us a small corner of a table to finish what we had salvaged, a gesture I appreciate, but unfortunately it wasn't accompanied by any other thoughtfulness. When it came time to get the bill, no discount was given, other than the reduction of the cover charge (which, in reality, wasn't applied, given the situation). We pointed out that some people had eaten practically nothing but still found themselves having to pay for everything, and the discussion became tense, with sometimes rude responses. In short: the dishes we sampled were good, but the overall experience was ruined by poorly trained, unresponsive, and, at times, rude service. I believe that, given such a difficult evening for the customers, a little more attention would have been warranted.

10/06/2025: Il 25 maggio 2025 abbiamo scelto il ristorante *Malcandrino* per festeggiare un’occasione speciale: la Cresima di nostro figlio. Ci era stato consigliato, e possiamo dire di aver fatto una scelta davvero perfetta. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli, con un servizio professionale e attento. Il cibo è stato ottimo, ricco di sapori autentici e presentato con grande cura. Non possiamo non ringraziare in modo particolare il responsabile, Andrea, che si è dimostrato disponibile e comprensivo: a causa di un imprevisto di viaggio, alcuni ospiti hanno tardato ad arrivare, e nonostante gli impegni serali del locale, ha gestito il tutto con grande eleganza e senza farci sentire in alcun modo sotto pressione. Un posto speciale, che merita davvero di essere conosciuto e apprezzato. Grazie di cuore per aver contribuito a rendere questa giornata indimenticabile!

04/09/2025: I've been coming here for years. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are super spacious, and the property is beautiful with an elegant pool. Surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from the sea. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. A car is needed to get around.

29/08/2025: I've visited this agriturismo several times in the past, though less recently due to various commitments. Everything has always been excellent. During my last visit, which was an invitation, I noticed the place was even more refined, with a lovely sense of space and air even on the hottest summer evenings. It's well-organized with lights and manicured lawns, and the small but well-kept children's area is very important, with games installed on a soft green lawn (lucky them for playing there). The owner, despite his young age, is dedicated and clearly pushes his craft. He has plenty of room for growth. Well done! The new chef, Flavio, is finally the kind of chef who knows how to make gourmet cuisine without exaggerating or ridiculing the ingredients with silly combinations. Finally, colorful dishes with plenty of recognizable flavor that can be broken down on the palate. In short, substance, with study and research, no fuss over photos without real, recognizable flavors. Without taking anything away from the old chefs, of course. The service is up to the task. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

27/08/2025: The food was delicious. We ordered a giant charcuterie and cheese board. The burger was super tasty and huge. The meat was excellent, and the beers were good. Recommended if you're in Cutrofiano or the surrounding area and fancy some meat or grilled meat. We'd definitely go back.

22/08/2025: As far as I'm concerned, it was a positive experience. The burgers were delicious, the horse meat was good, and the eggplant meatballs were equally good.

08/03/2025: We had an aperitif, we took a medium platter for two. Excellent value for money considering that for 7.50 each we ate and drank a spritz. I recommend it, also for the friendliness of the staff!
