14/09/2025: We dined at Trattoria da Abramo because we were tempted by the reviews, and we were quite disappointed. The prices and portions aren't those of a trattoria, but rather a restaurant. The aesthetics of the place need a complete overhaul, and we even saw cats and cockroaches wandering among the tables. There's potential, but the customer service is lacking, as they're clearly seen as just passengers to be fleeced.

Under the guidance of the talented chef Tiziano Margarito, each dish becomes a memorable experience: the combination of creativity, refinement and respect for local ingredients is felt in every detail. The elegant atmosphere, impeccable service and wine selection perfectly complete the culinary journey. A place where passion and professionalism meet – certainly a restaurant that has all the assets to be a candidate for a Michelin star.

23/09/2025: Informal restaurant, friendly staff, excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts, fair prices. The only negative note was the house wine offered that was not appreciated, which was pointed out immediately if bottled wine was provided. Definitely worth returning.

10/09/2025: The food was excellent, both in quality and preparation. The restaurant was beautiful, with a pleasant terrace and a large, convenient parking lot. The service was slow, and that's understandable. Unfortunately, we (a group of eight) were the victims of a mistake because, as we were candidly informed after a two-hour wait after eating our appetizer, our order had been lost. When we complained about the long delay, we were told, in an almost intimidating and arrogant manner, that it was Saturday night and it was fine if we waited. Then the cherry on top. The same person (acting like the owner, probably the owner) repeatedly yelled at us as we were walking to the parking lot, saying, "But you never make mistakes in your job." A terrible experience. What a shame.

04/09/2025: We drove about 25 minutes to this pastry shop, drawn by the famous traditional dessert that made it famous: the minne. To our great surprise (and disappointment), at 8:30 in the morning—the perfect breakfast time—there wasn't a single one available. I find it truly incomprehensible that the house's signature product is missing so early in the day. The impression is that there's been little attention to organization: a place that owes its fame to a dessert should at least guarantee its presence at the opening. The experience fell far short of expectations.

16/10/2025: We had pizza and burgers! The food tasted great and the portions were very generous. The service was very fast and courteous. We'd be happy to come back again.

02/06/2025: Un’esperienza quasi perfetta… se non fosse per un dettaglio Il ristorante si presenta accogliente, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera che richiama la tradizione. I piatti sono prelibati, preparati con ingredienti di qualità e rispettano le ricette classiche con un tocco di raffinatezza. Un elogio speciale va al pollo semplicemente spettacolare! Morbido, saporito, cucinato alla perfezione. Sarebbe stata una serata perfetta, se non fosse per un episodio spiacevole. Sappiamo bene che i bambini sono responsabilità dei genitori, ed è nostro impegno educarli affinché abbiano un comportamento adeguato in un locale. I nostri erano seduti al tavolo, tranquilli, senza correre o disturbare gli altri ospiti. Avevano solo un "difetto": parlavano. Dopo circa mezz’ora dall’arrivo, ecco comparire il titolare, un uomo imponente ma purtroppo non altrettanto affabile. Senza troppi preamboli, ha iniziato a rimproverare i bambini, come se il semplice parlare fosse una mancanza di rispetto per l’ambiente. Un atteggiamento che ha rovinato l’atmosfera e ci ha lasciati perplessi. Un luogo con un’ottima cucina e un’ambientazione perfetta, ma che purtroppo sembra poco accogliente per le famiglie con bambini. Peccato, perché il cibo meriterebbe una valutazione eccellente!

27/04/2025: Sarebbe dovuta essere una serata con amici e figli tranquilla...ma così nn è stato! Siamo coppie con figli di 10 anni, che abitualmente escono con noi genitori, pertanto portiamo appresso fogli, colori ecc per farli stare seduti e nn disturbare nessuno! Ma questo nn è bastato!!! Il titolare è uscito prima ancora di fare l ordine, andando dai bambini e minacciandoli che se avessero alzato la voce nn gli avrebbe portato la pizza! Noi genitori stupiti, ma abbiamo raccomandato i NS bambini di nn alzare la voce, ma questo nn è bastato!! Siamo andati a pagare, il primo commento è stato della cameriera, dopo aver preso la mancia di Euro 5.00, ha esordito dicendo " menomale, che ve ne state andando!!!"per arrivare al titolare, informandoci che in molti ristoranti nn sono " ammessi" i bambini, Lui ci ha fatto una cortesia!!!! DOPO QUESTO COMMENTO, SIAMO ANDATI E SICURAMENTE NN CI METTEREMO PIÙ PIEDE!!! Pertanto Vi consiglio di frequentare questo posto solo se volete cenare DA SOLI!!

13/10/2025: The service was good but we were left waiting for a menu just a minor issue. The restaurant is lovely a bit like an old railway carriage in the middle part. The food could have been a little warmer but ok the chips were very fresh and hot. The price of the two meals, a bottle of water and two glasses of wine came to €35. The menu is quite extensive We are thinking of going back tomorrow night as the pizzas looked very nice with a good choice of toppings. The lady on the till was very friendly.Thanks for a nice evening.

04/06/2025: Voor de 2e maal hier gegeten en was opnieuw super lekker. Je hoeft hier niet te zijn voor de hippe sfeer, sjiek of modern interieur. Maar voor een overheerlijke pizza met dunne deeg, lekkere huiswijn een bord met vlees dat smelt in de mond en vriendelijke bediening. Italiaanse keuken tussen locals.

30/06/2025: Discount pizza, but what Caputo flours, but what Gallipoli fishmongers. The pizza you served us was pre-cooked/frozen from the INS on which you added a burrata (of very poor quality) to one while on the other you didn't add anything, not even two slices of mushrooms and instead you left nice chunks of mushrooms soaked in water, as you obviously find on frozen pizzas. Now you can (as I've seen it's your custom) deny it by saying that your ingredients bla bla bla or offend your customers with considerations on eating habits or the cost of a lunch. The real shame is that the place would have good potential. Regarding the reviews I read, I note that you have an excellent relationship with some of your customers, almost friendly but also lucky and so if a criticism comes about the sandwiches here is a praise for them, if the criticism is about the pizza the praise is also about the pizza. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to show, I paid and left and no, I didn't make any complaints on the spot (if it had been about the technique or the dough I could have given you suggestions, but I don't think it would have been appropriate to give you advice on the best discount store in the area), while made here the complaint can be useful to your future customers. I hope that this review can be useful not only to your customers but also to yourselves and I invite you to reflect on the fact that you could be ambassadors of your land and its products.
