Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted down to the smallest detail, with fresh ingredients and surprising pairings. We tried both seafood and sushi; everything was perfect, from the raw fish to the dessert. The wine selection was also excellent. 04/08/2025: I spent a wonderful Saturday evening with friends. The evening's menu was excellent. The appetizer was very generous and varied. The first course was seafood and shellfish risotto. It was delicious; I've never had such a good risotto. The second course was swordfish, which was incredibly fresh and delicious. The side dish was generous with salad and French fries. Dessert was homemade lemon sorbet, a delight. A wonderful evening accompanied by excellent music, entertainment, and dancing. I'll be back soon because it's a beautiful place and the food is excellent. Thanks to the Onda Verde restaurant for a wonderful evening I spent. Thank you so much...

21/08/2025: There were four of us, one pizza for the child and three pucce for us adults. Everything was excellent: the pucce were with octopus, another with swordfish, and the last with capocollo from Martina Franca. All excellent. Definitely a place to recommend.

21/08/2025: We ordered takeout pizzas, a salad, and a vegetable trio. The real problem was the wait: we ordered at 8:21 PM and said, "We'll be there in half an hour." We were there at 8:41 PM and paid. The pizzas came out at 9:08 PM, the salad and vegetable trio 5 minutes later. The vegetable trio (eggplant, zucchini, and peppers) was a second order, since there were no eggplants. The pizzas were good, but a bit small.

16/08/2025: I've been frequenting this family-run restaurant for years, drawn by the excellent value for money that has always distinguished it. For me, it was the right place to introduce my guests to authentic local cuisine, a true guarantee of success. Unfortunately, something has changed recently. I've noticed a decline in variety, quality, and portions, especially regarding the appetizers, which were once their strong point. Some iconic dishes, such as fava beans and chicory, "scattariciati" tomatoes, pearl barley or farro, grilled mixed vegetables, and other delicious recipes have literally disappeared. The eggplant meatballs now seem to be made more of mint-flavored bread than eggplant, the pecorino cheese cubes have been replaced by a bland primo sale, the potato croquettes are "bready," the bruschetta has shrunk and been stuffed with mayonnaise (!!!), and I could, alas, go on. I understand the price increase due to the economic crisis, but if this is coupled with a deterioration in the offerings, I'm sorry, but the quality/price ratio is no longer sustainable. I'm adding one star only in the hope that the quality of the past can be restored. Best regards.

08/08/2025: Very expensive compared to other options nearby. The food was okay but not great, the portions were somewhat small, and the food came out lukewarm and very fast. The service however was very poor, it was difficult to get a waiter, we were not given a wine list to begin with and, after we requested a list and asked for a bottle (of which 4 of the listed bottles were unavailable), it never arrived. This was removed from the bill, though. The manager explained when we paid that they were very busy that night, however, I wouldn't recommend this. I've read this is popular with locals, but as a tourist, this wasn't a good experience. Reading other reviews, I think we perhaps just got unlucky.

26/06/2025: bella location, facilmente raggiungibile da Torre Lapillo, giardino curato, curioso il coniglio che viaggia libero sull'erba. Tanti insetti, ma è lo scotto da pagare per mangiare all'aperto in campagna. Persone splendide, attente, garbate, premurose, efficienti. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo antipasto salentino, molte e buone le verdure proposte (zucchine pastellate, peperoni gratinati, parmigiana di melanzane, cicoria, melanzane in agrodolce), Buoni i nodini e i fritti. I primi gradevoli (ravioli con ricotta e spinaci e tortelli di farro con formaggio e noci) e goloso il dolce di cioccolato. Prezzo buono, ma quello che mi è rimasto maggiormente nel cuore, è il clima dell'agriturismo nella miglior accezione del termine. Consigliato

My husband and I stayed in the front room with a bathroom, while our friends occupied the three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a practical kitchen overlooking the internal courtyard. The location and layout allowed us to fully relax, especially thanks to the estate's pool, which was a real treat after days at the beach. The restaurant lived up to our expectations, with fresh ingredients and delicious dishes, confirming the positive reviews we had read. Special thanks to Mr. Emilio for his courtesy and availability. We highly recommend this estate to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality stay!
