21/07/2024: Ristorante tipico con cucina casereccia. Tutto molto buono. Peccato non aver ritrovato le fave fritte in apertura di cena. Altro neo: aver eliminato dal menù un “must” come le “ sagne incannulate” e aver introdotto formati di pasta come le trofie che nulla hanno a che fare con le tradizioni locali.

05/08/2024: If you want a fantastic imperial pizza 🍕 you absolutely have to go to Cullemeto to maestro Cosimino. His already excellent pizzas have improved a lot in recent years with the addition of special doughs with alternative flours and very high quality ingredients. Together with his faithful collaborator they churn out pizzas in record time. Legend has it that he also worked and learned something as a chef jaguar who taught him the step that helps him be faster. Reservation is mandatory. The only negative is that the pizzas are too good and therefore you are obliged to return. Highly recommended

Un'atmosfera molto raffinata in un contesto originale, buona musica e delle persone squisite e sorridenti che servono dei gustosissimi cocktails e vari aperitivi. Grande giardino in estate attrezzato con poltrone e divani confortevoli e tanto verde. Sono serviti diversi e succulenti menù a cominciare dalle hors-d'œuvre, sushis, sushi-mi, pletanze locali tradizione fino agli ottimi desserts. Buona scelta di vini e digestivi diversi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da conoscere assolutamente.

17/08/2024: We stayed in the week of August! In the countryside but 10 minutes from Punta Prosciutto, friendliness and customer care from the owners top marks! Lovely quiet and fresh place, really nice rooms with all the comforts and impeccable cleanliness. THERE IS NO CHAOS AND NOISE....only tranquility, peace and silence. Maximum attention towards customers... they even booked the bathing establishment for us. We will never forget how Mrs. Pietrina and her son Marco pampered us! We can't wait to go back.

26/06/2024: I don't usually write reviews, but I hope it can help to avoid surprises for others: I went to lunch yesterday with the family, the wait was a bit long, we arrived when only two tables were occupied, the waiter was extremely awkward, he didn't say hello or upon arrival nor when we left. We took 2 lasagne for my children, a broad bean and chicory and I took a dish of the day that wasn't on the menu, namely pasta with sauce and burratina. Let me start by saying that we noticed the lack of a person who was expert in management and who then arrived during service and with the place full, but to see a waiter who goes around the tables without commands and who then returned to us 3 TIMES to ask for the fourth dish (fava beans and chicory) because it had been forgotten is a sign, but the thing that amazed me the most was the price of 70 euros for four. In addition to the first 2 bottled beers and two half liters of water. The pasta dish much vaunted as a specialty was a very normal plate of Barilla mezze penne with tomato (NOT SAUCE) and a small burratina worth 16 euros. 11 euros for other dishes, 6 euros for beers and the rest for water and cover charge. I understand tourism, I understand wanting to make money but since I make my own pasta I can't MAKE PROFIT this way. 8 euros per first course were more than enough and the off-menu prices should be a must. Always ask to avoid surprises

26/06/2024: They have special wines and craft beers, it's the reason to go there, a place to choose for an after-dinner or a hearty aperitif. Friendly and helpful staff.

17/08/2024: After booking and going to the facility we were informed that due to a technical fault the outside tables were no longer available. Too bad that in the reservation it was specified that the booked table was reserved inside. When the issue was raised with the staff, the response was "it must have been an error on the part of the administration". Checking the incoming emails shows an email sent by the staff regarding technical problems related to the outdoor area and consequent cancellation of the tables outside. Unfortunately, since our reservation specified a reserved seat inside, it was obvious to think that it would not involve us. An unprofessional and inappropriate attitude for a place that wants to aspire to an image that, probably, with these "distractions" it cannot afford.

14/08/2024: It's my second visit. Excellent experience this time. Not that the first one wasn't enjoyable too, but I still had some doubts. In reality, I have understood that traveling "à la carte" always gives me a better experience than the tasting menu (a choice that I almost always prefer on the first visit). I found greater balance and maturity in all the proposals. A level of the (numerous) amuse bouche at times higher than the main courses. On all dishes, the orange sweetbreads and raw prawns shine. Also mentionable for the beer-glazed turcinieddhi. If a note must be made, the desserts (for my taste) are a step below everything that precedes. And what follows, given that the real sweet note is pleasantly left by the amuse bouche that closes the journey. Selection of wines and spirits up to the level now achieved. Trained and present staff. Adequate prices. Absolutely deserved star.
