Don't call it a butcher shop... It's heaven! Even the most demanding palates will be satisfied. This place is a butcher shop with a capital "M"! The counter is more than well-stocked and offers a variety of meats and cuts of the highest quality. Having been a resident of Salento for a few years now, it has become our go-to place for friendliness and quality ingredients. Last time we chose to dine there, a rustic, clean, and tidy environment. We were blown away by the deliciousness of the grilled meat, tender and succulent. Even simple side dishes like peperonata and turnips left us speechless with their flavor. Everything was truly impeccably cooked! If you're in the area (or even if you're not...), definitely try it. Bravo Rocco and all the staff, chapeau!
