21/08/2024: The Carbonella pizzeria is the right place to enjoy a good pizza in Castellana Grotte. They have a wide choice of excellent quality beers, perfect to accompany the pizzas which are always delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Gianbattista, who found my car keys in a street near the pizzeria and brought them to my table with great kindness. His gesture made the evening even more pleasant. A place I absolutely recommend!

A special touch was the complimentary night in a beautiful suite room and private access to the pool the next day, a gesture that made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this location for any special event. A truly unforgettable experience!

21/08/2024: Uno dei pochi Pub della zona , fortunatamente con prodotti di ottima qualità. Buonissimi i panini, la carne , ed anche le stuzzicherie , soprattutto le patate dolce. Un'infinità scelta di birre , quella che ho bevuto era davvero ottima. Staff gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

28/08/2024: Honestly, I liked it! Good place, a burger shop with good sandwiches and also fried foods, all made with quality ingredients. The sandwiches are not made exactly American but very Apulian, preferring ingredients from our region. The fried foods were very good, as were the tacos which drove me crazy. The service was very precise and the prices honest. I highly recommend this place to everyone

25/08/2024: Siamo stati con la mia famiglia ed i miei cognati a visitare Polignano a mare. Posto davvero incantevole ma data la sua bellezza c'era davvero tanta confusione. Quindi decidiamo di spostarci e siamo giunti presso la panineria situata a Mola di Bari. Location carina e accogliente, personale gentile , panini davvero buoni. Lo consiglio

Francesco, an excellent host who always welcomes you with a smile and enchants you with his stories, in the kitchen his brother Vincenzo with his ethnobotanical cuisine brings the flavors of wild herbs and the scents of the Murgia park to the table, making you awaken memory with its cuisine, flavors that now only in this magical place will you be able to rediscover, in a certain way they take you back to the kitchen of our grandmothers. 11/08/2024: Apparently a good restaurant, the structure and composition of the dishes are very deceiving, it seems that the fact that it is organic could justify an excessive price and missing flavours, after asking for a dry wine, I was brought a fruity wine, half of the dishes were worth the "gourmet" experience while the other was tasteless, certainly with winter ingredients the menu can be tastier and more satiating, but what I really regretted was having tasted the oil they produce, sour and not digestible. Rather than making mistakes and making customers feel bad, it is better to delegate production to those who are capable. In conclusion, €150 for two people for leaving half satisfied with the goodness of the dishes, not full and for not having slept due to the stomach ache caused by that oil, it seems really excessive to me, it is easy to find cheaper and good restaurants at the same time time, which by paying particular attention to the products they PURCHASE, offer tastier menus that do not give customers sleepless nights.

02/06/2024: I wait in front of the cash register, with the girl in front of me who was on the phone (perhaps for takeaway orders) after 15 minutes of continuous ignorance she calculates me, and then a crooked crepes and not even closed properly.

26/08/2024: Small place, let's say there isn't much space but it's well organized in terms of good food but the pucce (with octopus) are a little empty.

23/08/2024: The most amazing staff, the most delicious food❤️ we were looking for a taxi and at least 4 staff members came out to help us and they wouldn't let us go until we didn't figure it out. Their food is out of this world, you definitely need to pay a visit if you are in Santo Spirito!

21/08/2024: Da evitare l'ultima volta che ci sono stato con la mia famiglia abbiamo mangiato malissimo gli antipasti erano nella media tranne la Tartare di salmone,il carpaccio era il salmone dell' supermercato messo sopra un po' di insalata e Pepe,il crudo ordinato cozze, vongole, tagliatelle, ostriche,scampi e gamberetti, dopo aver ordinato vo dicono che cozze, vongole, tagliatelle e ostriche erano finiti quindi avevamo solo scampi e gamberetti il mio polpo molto salato come la frittura e il conto circa €155 per quattro persone non ci torneremo mai più

27/07/2024: A very good surprise in the Murat district. You just have to get away from the tourist center a little. Entered by chance, there were only Italian locals. It was actually quite a good omen. The welcome was very warm and the waiter took the time to advise me. There are special dishes and menus for summer, especially pizza dough. The pizzas were delicious in every way, from the toppings to the dough. Note an original 4 pomodori (tomato) pizza. There are also many vegetarian pizzas. It's good, it's fresh, it's Italy on the plate just the way I like it.
