You can taste the simplicity, the passion, and the respect for the region in every single bite. The same goes for the drinks. Everything feels carefully chosen to give you an authentic taste of Italy. And then there's the service. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel like you're at home. Anyone in the Locorotondo area needs to visit this bistro. The service is super nice, very charming, and the food is surprisingly incredible. It's the kind of place you don't want to leave. I highly recommend the pasta with bresaola and pistachio.

This small bistro is the embodiment of owner Nicoletta, who since 2015 has been passionately welcoming tourists with a simple menu, prepared by her with great care. Delightful tables under the ivy-covered pergola.
