Shrimps - good; grilled cheese - good, but could be even better if the grill is clean and there are no other aromas; beef filet - medium to rare was well done, wine reduction was more wine than reduction; bombets - not from filet, not good meet - worst dish; potatoes in oven - zero salt or any spices.

07/06/2026: We visited this wonderful restaurant in the hilly area of Monopoli for Mother's Day and returned for a family Sunday. What can I say? Both times, the lunch was sublime: exceptional raw seafood, sublime fish, and the staff was professional, competent, and above all attentive. A special mention goes to Mr. Bartolomeo, the owner, a wonderful person, disarmingly kind. I absolutely highly recommend this corner of paradise.

15/05/2026: For starters, we had raw seafood, very fresh, a delight: langoustines, shrimp, mussels, and cockles. The seafood risotto had firm yet creamy rice, but we didn't really see any seafood in it—something to keep in mind in the kitchen 😉. We had a tasting of syrups/alcohol, which was interesting. Panna cotta with homemade syrup. And a very good wine recommended by the waiter.

If you want good, quality food at a fair price, this is the place for you. For the same price, many other places in the area offer significantly lower quality... all you'll get is a photo to Instagram with the sea in the background! The choice is yours!

The meal was fine.

04/07/2026: I went for lunch and found the atmosphere beautiful, the service excellent, and the quality of the food exceptional. So I decided to return that same evening to try some other dishes.
One of the best restaurants I've visited in recent memory. I can't wait to return.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it the perfect place for dinner. 06/07/2026: Really good, I recommend taking the burrata aside so you can taste it plain. The place is very nice and themed, with friendly staff. Perhaps a little overpriced compared to the city average: for a plate of pasta and two waters, we paid €17 each.

The service could have been more courteous, but the place is very popular and the overall experience was still very positive.
A must-try in Polignano!

05/07/2026: I dined as a guest at this restaurant, which offers numerous options: you can buy raw fish, take-out cooked fish, or eat in. The quality is excellent! I particularly enjoyed the oysters and violets. The pasta with fish and zucchini flowers was also excellent, considering it's seasonal. The rosé wine pairing was also good. Prompt service and a warm welcome. Definitely an experience worth repeating! Well done.
