16/07/2026: I went to this restaurant for a friend's graduation party. My dairy allergy was clearly stated when we booked, and we were assured I would be served a special menu. Once I arrived, the reality was quite different: the only thing I was offered was an undressed salad (just oil, salt, and pepper). The justification? The kitchen was completely "contaminated." I find this behavior incredibly irresponsible: if a restaurant is unable to accommodate an allergy, it has a duty to disclose this at the time of booking, giving the guest the option to make their own arrangements (perhaps dining at home) or choose another restaurant, rather than forcing them to go hungry for the entire evening. What made the situation drastically worse was the total lack of empathy and the marked rudeness of the waitress serving our table (a blonde woman with wavy hair and glasses). Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and the restaurant's misinformation, she was extremely rude and annoyed by our legitimate complaints. A self-respecting restaurant should train its staff both in managing allergies (which are health issues, not whims) and in customer service and courtesy. It was a terrible experience that I strongly advise against for anyone with dietary restrictions or looking for a pleasant evening.

01/01/2026: Superb focaccia from Bari! Service is quite fast and is done by picking up a number at the vending machine. The staff could do with being more welcoming. I've been there twice already, and the ladies aren't exactly the friendliest...

23/06/2026: The service was great. The food was exceptional. The wine list was the best I have seen in Puglia and Sicily. The door is permanently locked so you have to ring the door bell to get into the restaurant which makes the place fairly exclusive despite being in the midst of a very busy area. Loved the experience.

04/06/2026: It was closed, but the sign said it was for sale. We called several times to make a reservation. Finally, we went there, and it was closed with a "For Sale" sign.

21/06/2026: A restaurant with a beautiful terrace where you can dine, but the service leaves much to be desired. They have no manners when serving customers, they're poorly versed in languages, and the salads are served with sachets of oil and vinegar, like at a fast food restaurant. In my opinion, when you deal with the public, you have to behave in a certain way, especially with those who bring you business.

27/04/2026: An "excellent" reception hall that successfully combines delicious food, professional staff, and a dreamy atmosphere. We celebrated my wife's 70th birthday; it was a wonderful party. The kindness and courtesy of Giuseppe, Antonella, and the entire staff made us feel pampered during the aperitif in the park and lunch in the dining room, with the warm and varied delicacies prepared by chef Fabio. Then everyone hit the dance floor to dance and sing: we felt like kids again, happy to experience an exciting day to remember at... Torre di Belvedere.

I return often with great pleasure and greatly appreciate the friendly waiters, the orderly ordering, and especially the quality of the meat. One thing not to be underestimated is the quality/price ratio of the meat; for my personal taste and that of those who share these places with me, it's quite good.

13/01/2026: In the historic center of Cassano Murge, there's this small inn, seating just 25 people. It's charming and quaint, and the restoration has been meticulously done. You'll be offered small appetizers, and then the menu will arrive, and you'll start dreaming. The risottos are amazing, as are the lasagnas, but I can't list everything because the menu changes weekly. For my family and I, it was a wonderful lunch. Try it and believe it.

21/05/2026: Great for customers with lactose and glucose intolerance. The waiter and owner are very friendly. I highly recommend it. The prices are also completely reasonable.

21/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after a long vacation abroad and needed a proper pasta dish. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were completely satisfied with the food, the service, and the hospitality, not to mention the very refined and clean atmosphere. If I ever return to Bari, I'd definitely know where to eat.

22/05/2026: For a restaurant promoting itself as seafood-style dining, the experience was disappointing. First, We were told just one serve of fish and chips remained. we quicker changed our orders so our Uncle could have it. Second, asked if another meal included salad, were told it did not, so we ordered an extra salad — only for the meal to arrive with salad already included, plus the extra we ordered. A ploy to have us spend more! Third, The bread rolls were served in a bag without plates, and after asking, we were initially given only one plate for five people. Then asked again for plates. Forth, Most disappointing were the grilled prawns, which had not been properly cleaned and still contained the digestive tract (poo). Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

06/07/2026: I had dinner at ai tre Santi on Friday evening. The food was excellent, just like two years ago! A culinary journey through Puglia with traditional products, without manipulating them with smoke or geometric shapes. The one-star deduction is for the lack of dessert on Friday evening (with an average group of about 25 people, this is a real shame).

05/07/2026: Ai Tre Santi, how can I describe it?... the name says it all, the people who work there are culinary saints. A small restaurant nestled in the alleys of Locorotondo. We stumbled upon it by chance and left crying and hugging the owner over the delicious food. The menu features traditional cuisine, with a few twists that make it unique and exciting. I was in the area on vacation with my family, but I'd love to return specifically to eat at this magical place. See you soon
