Excellent pizzeria, clean environment. Excellent pizzas, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. Reservations are required. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Usually crowded, with many takeout customers. The only drawbacks are the noise level and the tables are too close together.

Definitely a total disappointment, it's not "Da Donato" the place is full in every seat and every shift only because it's dragged by the name but nowadays you eat better pizza in many other less renowned pizzerias in Bari, the service is fast but unfortunately through no fault of the people serving them they have to rush and therefore leaves much to be desired in the explanation of the raw materials and they decline to recommend, booked for 6 people they made us sit at a table so small that our legs were bumping between us and the waiters juggled to try not to drop the plates on our heads while we slalom between the tables, a completely unexpected experience.

01/05/2026: Too much waiting More than an hour passed from first to last.
27/04/2026: A very cute little place downtown. Their delicious "patan e scorz" are highly recommended, the horse meat strips are excellent, and their first courses are truly delicious. 🤗 I'll definitely be back to try their basic drinks and their delicacies. Highly recommended!!

13/06/2026: Excellent focaccia with a wide selection available. Price is based on weight. The service could have been more courteous, but the place is very popular and the overall experience was still very positive. A must-try in Polignano!
05/06/2026: Fantastic focaccia in various versions/flavors, sold by weight. There are long lines, but it's definitely worth the wait; you won't be disappointed, and it's the best money you'll spend in Polignano.
