12/04/2025: We stopped by randomly after the Rally test and were very satisfied. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the pizza is good and can be assembled to your liking, even the doughs can be chosen from different formats and types. Good choice for those passing through the area

Al top i signori, simpatici, riservati, cortesi e competenti. Abbiamo mangiato alla carta, un primo, scaloppina, trote e verdure, tutto buono, abbiamo diviso le nostre scelte, senza chiedere niente, ci hanno portato già tutto diviso nei piatti, ci torneremo di sicuro, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo... Excellent main courses, cooked on the grill and accompanied by excellent side dishes! I also had the pleasure of tasting the pizza and I can say that I was very satisfied, light and perfectly wood-fired. Fair price for the service offered. Very welcoming, expert staff who know how to pamper the customer well. In particular Federico, the waiter who served us, very friendly and competent, was able to accompany us wittily throughout the evening. Immersive location, with much appreciated rustic style! Congratulations to the managers!

16/02/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana rilassante qui a Delfin dal Pianol, grazie all’accoglienza di Cinzia e alla bontà dei suoi piatti. Complimenti per l’impegno e la cura con cui è portata avanti la struttura. La camera grande e comoda e la posizione centrale rispetto alla valle ne fanno sicuramente un posto perfetto in cui tornare. Sicuramente consigliato!

14/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena qualche mese fa in questo bel ristorante nelle Langhe incuriositi dal fatto che lo chef avesse lavorato presso il ristorante tristellato francese trois gros per parecchi anni. Perplessi per la perdita della stella abbiamo confermato il nostro tavolo ed abbiamo fatto super bene! Buonissima cena Buon servizio Squisito il piatto ispirato ai tagli di Lucio Fontana e auguriamo allo chef "di andare oltre" ... noi lo seguiremo in capo al mondo! Bravissimo bravi tutti Veramente incomprensibile a mio parere la decisione della guida francese.
