05/11/2025: It was the first time my partner and I decided to visit Carrù. After seeing the adverts online about this town famous for its boiled meats, we decided to book a restaurant, and I particularly liked this one. It was very welcoming, the staff were kind and helpful, and the food was truly delicious. A tip: get the set menu, where the chef chooses what to bring to your table.

Also, welcoming dogs, even large ones, means sacrificing humans who don't like eating with hair flying around and the smell of dog in the air! I understand the choice, but I wish I'd known better!

15/10/2025: This review pertains to a dinner experience. The service and the atmosphere are decent. However, the food was not good. Both our primi and secondi dishes lacked flavor. Including salinity and seasoning. Additionally, the dishes were not served below an ideal temperature.

FRE restaurant with very knowledgeable staff, never intrusive, attentive to every detail, excellent food... TOP desserts 😍... We spent the day immersed in a very well-kept place even outside, wrapped in an unreal silence... Definitely all very relaxing.

17/10/2025: The pizza with fried seafood is definitely worth a try!! But I've tried everything and it's all excellent. I've had birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmases there, and everyone is so kind and professional. Go and eat there for lunch, too. I highly recommend it!

28/09/2025: We stopped for lunch even though it was already past 2:30 PM, having just returned from a long walk in the nearby woods. The ground-floor dining room is small but tastefully decorated with attention to detail. While we waited for our dishes, we were brought a basket of bread (baked in-house with stone-ground flour) and focaccia, both delicious, served with salted butter. The service was perfect, with great attention to detail, and the dishes we sampled were truly delicious (mixed Piedmontese appetizers, meat-filled plin, tagliolini with sausage ragù, and sliced ​​steak). The sliced ​​steak was accompanied by a beautiful French knife. Before leaving, we also had the opportunity to browse the small but well-stocked cellar. Adjacent to the dining room is a delightful covered terrace with a few tables, and it would have been even nicer to have lunch outside, given the beautiful day. The quality/price ratio is definitely fair.

26/09/2025: Excellent menu of Piedmontese dishes in a homey atmosphere at a truly fair price. €15 for a complete lunch, including appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee. Definitely worth a try!

20/10/2025: Wonderful place, there's no doubt about it. Located in the main square of a beautiful village, it is characterized by great hospitality led by the lady, whose name I can't remember now. Impeccable food, a great selection of wines even for the most demanding. And what doesn't hurt, they are big Torino fans. We took the 50 euro menu consisting of 2 appetizers, a first course, a second course and dessert. The nice thing was that we were able to differentiate the composition of the menu so as to taste a little bit of everything from the others. To be precise, some soundproofing would be necessary to reduce the noise when it is full. We will definitely return.

10/11/2025: We went for dinner with local friends. The road to get there is a bit narrow, a mountain road, but the scenery and the fresh air make up for it. The restaurant looks good, we're warmly welcomed... and after washing our hands (in a super, fully equipped bathroom), we sit in the dining room near the fireplace. The table is beautifully set, with placemats and double cutlery. We choose the tasting menu, which includes tuna (with a traditional sauce), raw meat, ravioli, and Piedmontese fritto misto, dessert, and coffee. Everything was delicious and well-prepared, and we were served by Bianca, who was super kind and attentive. Excellent value for the entire experience and for a Michelin-starred restaurant. I recommend their ravioli with porcini mushrooms, a thin pasta, a superb filling, and a fantastic sauce.

15/10/2025: Lunch on Sunday, October 12th to celebrate my retirement. Very satisfied, the lunch and service were excellent. Homemade ravioli with "SUPER" mushroom sauce, and what can I say about the Piedmontese-style mixed fried food? It was light and not greasy, and received compliments from all the guests. They paid special attention to food intolerances and vegetarians. Thanks to the owner and her staff. Highly recommended.
