28/09/2025: We stopped for lunch even though it was already past 2:30 PM, having just returned from a long walk in the nearby woods. The ground-floor dining room is small but tastefully decorated with attention to detail. While we waited for our dishes, we were brought a basket of bread (baked in-house with stone-ground flour) and focaccia, both delicious, served with salted butter. The service was perfect, with great attention to detail, and the dishes we sampled were truly delicious (mixed Piedmontese appetizers, meat-filled plin, tagliolini with sausage ragù, and sliced ​​steak). The sliced ​​steak was accompanied by a beautiful French knife. Before leaving, we also had the opportunity to browse the small but well-stocked cellar. Adjacent to the dining room is a delightful covered terrace with a few tables, and it would have been even nicer to have lunch outside, given the beautiful day. The quality/price ratio is definitely fair.

21/09/2025: Excellent restaurant! Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, and a lovely little balcony overlooking the square! Superb food Delicious raw fish, raw and cooked meat, both perfectly sliced, with tender and flavorful cheeks. The desserts are very balanced and elegant; the peanut parfait is one of the best. Friendly and fast staff. A must-see if you're passing through!

Here, however, they've managed not only to prepare excellent dishes with high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail, but they've also managed to pair the food with truly spectacular waiters. Knowledgeable, friendly, always ready with a joke, young but hungry for the future and growth. If you stop in Barolo, you absolutely must stop and eat here because it's worth every penny you'll spend. Top, 100% recommended. If I may, I recommend the risotto with blue cheese and the cheese platter.
