14/02/2026: Lunch and coffee breaks while skiing on a weekday in February. Quite crowded, but stopping for lunch around 2 pm we found a sunny spot outside. The food and desserts were delicious, typical home-style mountain fare. There's no table service; you order at the cashier and collect it at the counter. Beautiful location at the top of the hill.

10/01/2026: We enjoyed dishes crafted with love for the taste buds and the eyes, thanks to thoughtful and respectful combinations of ingredients, even those you wouldn't have expected to enjoy so much. The service was attentive, present yet discreet and graceful. The ambiance completed the experience perfectly. It's difficult to single out one dish or another because every dish, from the amuse bouche to dessert, offers something beautiful.

04/01/2026: Everything was excellent - food, service, location. If I really had to find a flaw, I'd say the lighting and the lack of a nice white tablecloth. Besides being delicious, it's also nice to eat something different from traditional Piedmontese dishes (not that those aren't good, on the contrary!), but kudos to the chef and owner for offering something innovative and exciting. I'll definitely be back.

27/12/2025: A small restaurant in the historic center of Savigliano, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine selection and menu. The menu isn't extensive, but all the dishes are delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back.

25/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025. It's been about three years since I've been back to this restaurant, and this year, together with friends, we decided to have Christmas lunch in this beautiful and romantic place. We were all delighted with the excellent quality and quantity of the dishes offered: from the venison pâté, the first of four appetizers, to the excellent agnolotti, and the truly unique and perfect Piedmontese "fritto misto" (mixed fried fish). You can wander around, but you won't find it like they serve it here anywhere else... even the desserts were a triumph. The staff was extremely kind, and we were served perfectly by the very kind Maria. Well done everyone, though, and a special thanks to Signora Fiorentina for her attentive service. Thank you.

12/01/2026: It's hard to find another place where you can eat so well, from appetizer to dessert. And I'm not talking about the Cuneo area, but in Italy in general. Congratulations, truly!

04/01/2026: We had an impeccable lunch at Trattoria Roma, an absolute must-try in the heart of Cuneo. After a stroll around the city, we stopped here, and it was a perfect choice. The meal starts off well with excellent bread and breadsticks, a sign of attention to even the simplest details. The vitello tonnato is one of the best we've tasted: incredibly tender meat, a balanced, creamy yet unobtrusive sauce. The hot dish is also excellent, comforting and carefully prepared, a perfect example of Piedmontese cuisine done properly, without frills but with great technique and respect for tradition. The service is friendly, professional, and never rushed, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the atmosphere is authentic, like that of a true trattoria—something that's becoming increasingly rare these days. The food here is truly excellent, with quality ingredients and generous portions, leaving you satisfied and smiling. A place to keep in mind and recommend without hesitation to anyone passing through Cuneo. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

30/01/2026: We spent two nights there during a ski touring trip. The setting was magnificent, the welcome very friendly, the meals excellent with good Italian cuisine, the picnic very generous, and the shared bathroom very comfortable.

06/01/2026: A welcoming restaurant. The owner, Rolando, is an excellent cook, his wife is knowledgeable about all the ski mountaineering routes in the area, and Gaia is incredibly kind with her smile. Excellent cuisine and very fair prices.

01/11/2025: The restaurant is nestled in a wonderful setting. Unfortunately, we were there in the evening, so we couldn't admire the vine rows unless it was dark. The tasting menu offers three appetizers, one first course, one second course, and a trio of desserts, with the option of a gluten-free first course. With a half bottle of wine (an exceptional Dolcetto d'Alba), we spent €85.
