27/03/2024: Typical Piedmontese cuisine at a fixed price. Everything excellent and impeccable service. I particularly appreciated the choice and attention to vegetarians. Certainly worth trying if you are in Cuneo.

20/03/2024: We have been going to eat at Manu's restaurant daily for a month and a half. Every day we have been delighted with the food and the treatment. Freshly made Italian food, no nonsense. Great variety of great food. Honestly, I could have ordered randomly every day because it's impossible to fail. Everything is very good. The treatment was impeccable, close and very cordial. I wish I had a place like this to eat where I live. Manu, thank you very much for everything!

28/02/2024: Dinner in this place was really pleasant, and not only from a culinary point of view. The dishes have a delicate and strong flavor at the same time. I would say a perfect balance. The menu is varied and with a strong...personality! The care that the staff takes is palpable, from the preparation of the dishes to the table service. Everyone inside the place is kind and very helpful. It is one of those places where the customer has the opportunity to perceive himself as truly well hosted and not as a mere consumer making money. In short: from every point of view, there are valid reasons to return. The quality/price ratio is not only excellent, but also deserved. Small personal consideration, which has little to do with the quality of the place: for the first time (also thanks to the advice, based on my tastes, of whoever served me at the table), I also had the opportunity to taste a wine that I loved it, as I'm not a big wine lover. So, double thanks!
