08/04/2026: Debora Alberto 1/5 14 minutes ago on Google Debora Alberto 1/5 right now on Google I don't usually like to give negative reviews, but in this case it's absolutely necessary, firstly because of the room management's attitude and secondly because of a whole other set of standards that a 4-star hotel should have, but in this place they aren't even close to meeting them. 1. Safety: steep stairs without a handrail to reach the "suite"; 2. "Suite" with lots of quotation marks; a hole in the parquet floor and up to that point; stained sheets that were changed by the receptionist upon request; and well, poor attention to detail in general. What shocked us was that the next morning a light bulb hanging at head height exploded, having accidentally knocked it directly onto the bed in my partner's face. The staff was unable to handle the situation; they seemed confused and annoyed. Furthermore, they didn't offer a refund for the "suite room," etc. They even reported to "Booking," the booking site, that we didn't show up to avoid a negative review. Truly, truly horrible behavior. We will never return!!! It's not a 4-star hotel; in the morning, they arrive at breakfast with sugar packets counted. Given its location, it could even be a nice place, but the amenities are lacking, and the security and staff are incompetent!!! Rating: 0!!

08/03/2026: A splendid and impeccably maintained location; unfortunately, the cuisine still needs some improvement to fully live up to the setting. The initial wait was a bit long, but overall bearable: the location and the view help you enjoy the moment. Expectations were high, especially since it's a place we'd love to return to. A few small adjustments to the dishes would be advisable: • Octopus alla Luciana: tender and flavorful, but slightly dry and cut with a knife not exactly suited to the task; • Tagliolini with cacio e pepe and mussels: tasty, but these also arrived a bit dry. An interesting note about the bread: we were told "we'll bring you some warm bread soon"... we expected it to be freshly baked, but instead it was lukewarm but cold in the middle—hard to understand why. The portions were still good, and the dishes were tasty overall. The unsolicited discount at the end was appreciated. Overall, a positive experience: we'll be back.

The beauty of the site and its surroundings, the quality of the rooms and restaurant, as well as the spa and wellness center, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always there to meet your needs and make your stay as comfortable as being at home. And the icing on the cake: a private guided tour by the Director to discover the history of this castle, a listed cultural heritage site in Italy. I loved it!!!! Thank you, Marie, April 2026

04/10/2025: Pizzas with a highly digestible dough, and the whole wheat dough is excellent. You can choose your toppings based on your preferences. Desserts are homemade. Easy parking and friendly, smiling staff. Home delivery available.

02/05/2026: When I come up here, I gaze into the distance: I gaze at the view, I gaze at the delicious food on my plate, I gaze at the sky... and I give thanks for the opportunity to enjoy all this wonder. The bread and breadsticks prepared on site accompany very elaborate dishes, yet delicate in flavor and, above all, perfectly digestible, as they use high-quality products, occasionally grown in the garden below. Here, there's a passion for cooking, and nothing is left to chance. The leavened products and chocolates are phenomenal, as are the babà and cremino. Davide is well-known for his great leavened products and for his pastries in general, including his gluten-free desserts. His passion for cooking, which he expresses in every dish, is phenomenal.

26/04/2026: I came here with my friends for Sunday lunch and we had a really great time. Excellent dishes, refined and very unique, absolutely delicious! Beautiful view from the terrace. The only flaw, in my opinion, that could be improved is the service, which is a bit slow.
