22/09/2025: We stayed with Silvia for two nights in our motorhome (booked through Pitch Up). We felt at home immediately and we thoroughly enjoyed all the delicious food that Silvia cooked for us. We ate outside each night and each course we ate was prepared and presented with great care. Silvia took time to explain how she created each dish and we have left with good intentions to experiment at home!!! An unforgettable experience!

09/09/2025: An excellent restaurant. Good food, offering a local menu plus a few off-menu dishes. I tried the fondue gnocchi with pepper and tripe, which were truly well-prepared. The desserts are top-notch, even off-menu options upon request. The wine list is practically endless, and you can indulge in the excellent service of Valentina, the sommelier. In the summer, there's an outdoor seating area and, importantly, the restrooms are very clean. You can't really go wrong.

17/08/2025: There's a very positive energy at Piemontesine... a mix of the magical atmosphere of the place and the village and the professionalism of Chatlotte, Jerome, and the other people I met there. The facility is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, and the welcome is exceptional. I have a golden retriever who is more than welcomed... spoiled with cuddles! 03/08/2025: Superb experience. Original and refined dishes. We enjoyed everything from appetizers to desserts. The service was prompt, with explanations of the dishes and a friendly atmosphere. A very warm welcome from the owners and very attentive service, with detailed descriptions for each dish. Don't miss it if you're in the area for a high-quality culinary experience.

16/09/2025: We went to the restaurant yesterday. Everything we ordered was served in a reasonable amount of time, despite the restaurant being packed. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity of the owners and waitresses truly won us over. They are very careful to offer you the best, even if you have intolerances or allergies. The restaurant's location offers a spectacular view of the vineyards. It was a truly wonderful experience.

22/09/2025: ***Avoid*** The restaurant is a complete joke. Sat at a table for 20 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. We ended up just leaving. Stay away! **Edit**: Also, look at their response. At no time did we insist in sitting. We asked for a table and you sat us there! Then you chose to ignore us for 20 minutes. When we finally said something to you, you rudely said you would get to us in order. You couldn't even bring us some water? Why on earth would we continue to sit there when you said you weren't going to wait on us? If you weren't so rude, I wouldn't have left a review. But yes, seeing your response, I'm 100% happy that I left a 1 star review. Take care! Also, I think it's funny that everytime you get a bad review you try to blame it on the patron. Every. Single. Time.

08/09/2025: Fine and good. Lovingly decorated. We had various antipasti to start, followed by small dishes like salads, pasta, or soup. Language was a struggle, and my poor Italian was a challenge, but we managed. We were kindly informed that smoking isn't allowed outside either, which wasn't a problem.

16/09/2025: How nostalgic! How we'd love to return from Milan to this lovely restaurant in Cuneo! Every time it's a testament to how carefully everything on the menu is prepared. A few days ago we ate some amazing fried mushrooms, and—a first for me—instead of ordering the panna cotta, which I can't find any words for, I tried the bunet; I'm still wondering which is better. Next time I'll have both. Excellent value for money Excellent service Fantastic cuisine.

08/10/2025: For some time, despite good intentions, the opportunity to return to the historic Cervere osteria had been elusive. It was one of the first innovative osterias, maintaining the classic style of wooden tables and the menu read by voice or on a blackboard, while also taking the wine list to a new level: labels, producers, and cru vintages. These knowledgeable young people, full of enthusiasm, eager to grow and share experiences, firmly uphold the tradition, quality local ingredients, recipes, and seasonality. After so many springs, the restaurant has retained its history, quality, tradition, the pleasure of surprise, and market cuisine. In a few days, the leek festival will arrive, which has found its ideal home in Cervere, and tonight the chef had a preview on the menu with a delicate flan based on the delicious local vegetable. The menu also included snails and frogs as per tradition, but nature, which has provided a fantastic harvest of prized porcini mushrooms in the nearby mountains of our valleys, could not fail to find a place on the menu, to the delight of enthusiasts. And here the precious and rare uniqueness of true osterias emerges. The kind lady who welcomed us with a smile pointed out the sign offering the seasonal delicacy of mushrooms that some enthusiastic and lucky hunter had procured for the chef. A salad of raw porcini mushrooms, raw meat with grated porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and fried porcini mushrooms. It was impossible to resist, and all our first choices (gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, snails Parisian-style) were immediately abandoned in favor of the flavorful porcini mushrooms from our mountains. Sipping a fantastic Nebbiolo Valmaggiore from our friend Grimaldi with friends from Carignano Sesia, we shared chopped raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tajarin with porcini mushrooms, fried porcini mushrooms, and snails Parisian-style, followed by stuffed peaches with ice cream and, for those with a sweet tooth, a fantastic plate of quality cheeses with cugna' and honey. A good coffee and a house liqueur capped off a wonderful experience at this authentic and historic osteria. I was delighted to find the atmosphere and quality of the cuisine intact. The welcome was genuine, friendly, professional, and always smiling, even though we arrived at 9:00 PM. The price wasn't cheap (€55 per person), but it was fair for the quality of the ingredients, the balanced and flavorful dishes, the ambiance and service, and the perfect wine list featuring the best local labels and more. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon to enjoy leek dishes and snails.

09/10/2025: I dined at Bistrocc in Roccaforte with my wife and the group of historical collectors I belong to, and we were all completely satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, well-kept, and very welcoming, ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. The appetizers are delicious: in particular, I tried the veal with tuna sauce, which was truly exquisite, with incredibly tender meat and an authentically flavorful sauce. For my first course, the tajarin with rabbit ragù was a real surprise: rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The main courses and desserts on the menu also deserve a mention for their quality and impeccable presentation. A restaurant that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for those who love good Piedmontese cuisine in a serene and refined setting.

02/10/2025: Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent, generous portions were above average, and the cuisine was traditional yet sophisticated. The desserts were also delicious. A special mention goes to the Castelmagno gnocchi with hazelnuts and honey.

09/10/2025: Encouraged by the good reviews, we tried this trattoria (which is nothing like a trattoria), but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The dishes have been revisited, losing the originality that distinguishes authentic Langhe cuisine. But be careful with your bill, because the menu says the price of the dishes includes service, but in reality, you pay a cover charge. This is not very appropriate. The location is elegant and refined.

07/10/2025: Beautiful place...found it online since we were from Liguria...they even accepted our Labrador...everything was delicious...we'll definitely be back. We recommended some friends to dine there the week after our stay.
