03/01/2026: The restaurant reopened last year after being closed for a few years. I'm not sure if it was under new management, but the current one has done a great job! The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet, and the soft lighting combined with a lovely fireplace (lit! 😉) create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The service is always precise and professional, and we developed a rapport with the staff, who were fun to chat with, beyond the usual routine. The dishes are good; I was satisfied with the tagliatelle with venison ragù and the veal fillet with three peppercorns. The tiramisu, however, despite its beautiful presentation, wasn't matched by its adequate flavor; I found it too lacking in sweetness, and the way it was assembled made it difficult to enjoy.

11/12/2025: The restaurant is located downtown, with convenient parking nearby. The decor is minimal: no tablecloths on the table, dark napkins, cutlery on a stand, bread (homemade) served on a small plate, breadsticks (they shouldn't be served if broken).... As I mentioned to the person who brought me a dish, there are many obstacles to a proper wine analysis, but what wines! The cellar is truly extensive and ranges from every angle. I had a rabbit tuna dish (€12), well-made, and agnolotti al plin with a pumpkin and chestnut filling, and a Raschera cheese fondue, for which I asked for a supplement, to nicely contrast the sweetness of the filling (€13). I was in a hurry and skipped dessert. Covers €2, half a liter of water €2, a quarter of red wine - Dolcetto di Dogliani - €6 (other wines by the glass range from €6 and up), for a total of €35. The service was fast, paid with Satispay. We'll return because the cuisine is interesting, the portions are just right, and the customer service is attentive.

07/01/2026: Dinner at the restaurant with traditional Piedmontese dishes, reimagined with Silvia's imagination. Pumpkin muffins, Fassona beef tartare, veal with tuna sauce, vegetable agnolotti with butter and rosemary, a fantastic boiled meat, and mandarin sorbet—like the wine, a locally produced Nebbiolo. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and they pampered us from the moment we made our reservation over the phone. The service is attentive, thorough, and punctual. It was a pleasure to chat with them at length at the end of the evening. They are special people. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we're sure you'll return.

16/12/2025: Had lunch on Sunday with friends. Enchanting place, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect menu with quality ingredients. And finally, the bill met expectations. We spent a lot, but that's because we drank a lot. It's absolutely worth trying. I want to compliment the entire staff.

19/02/2026: Dinner at this restaurant recommended by friends, unfortunately my expectations were disappointed. I found it cold, with inadequate lighting. Now let's talk about the food: the appetizer was veal with tuna sauce (the sauce tasted only of mayonnaise, other ingredients were missing), the first course, tortellini plin, arrived lukewarm, we weren't asked if we wanted grated cheese, and then the guinea fowl seemed to be cooked in a stew and not in vermouth and was tasteless. And we were never asked if we wanted oil or pepper. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

15/02/2026: We dined here for Valentine's Day. The appetizers were exceptional, the first courses were very good. If I had to nitpick, I expected something more from the sliced ​​beef, which I thought was a touch too hot. Other than that, nothing much to complain about; the owner is friendly and personable, personally stopping by each table to make sure the evening was going well. We'll definitely be back!

The dishes he recommends are excellent and carefully prepared, using ingredients from his own production and of excellent quality. I highly recommend trying it. The prices are modest for the quality of the cuisine.

29/01/2026: I had lunch at Da Salvetti with a group of friends on a weekday. We chose the tasting menu, a small aperitif, four appetizers (veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, creamed cod, and toma cheese with amaretto and warm syrup), two first courses (rosemary agnolotti and hazelnut tagliolini), one second course (roast or pork tenderloin), or cheeses, and dessert. We drank Barbera d'Alba. They also provided homemade digestifs. Everything was excellent, the service and location were attentive. We had a great time, highly recommended.
