The farmhouse, with its period charm, contributes to a unique atmosphere. The professional and courteous staff, particularly Michela, was very efficient in finding a table despite the lack of reservations, and wait times were short considering the crowds. The spacious and well-furnished interior also offers optimal table layouts. Regarding the cuisine, the meat is of excellent quality, with a wide selection to suit a variety of tastes, from premium cuts like Japanese beef to tender heifer. The cooking is impeccable and customized to the customer's preferences, and the house wine was delightful. The rotisserie heifer is an excellent choice as an appetizer, with generous portions. All in all, a memorable evening for lovers of quality meat, immersed in a lush green setting and with the option of having it cooked right at your table. The price is high, but the quality justifies it.

The prices? They are fair, I would say honest. And in any case, an indicator of the goodness of everything is the constant presence of local people. And that means a lot. 30/04/2025: Rosella and Mauricio are charming and hospitable. The wines were lovely and Rosella prepared a platter that was delicious. Roasted vegetables, slices, stuffed baby buns, all home made ingredients. Ham, raw ham, cheeses of several kinds all of the finest quality.

22/07/2025: Very tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Seven of us were there and had appetizers, pizza, chicken, and pasta... only the chicken came out of the fryer and was a bit dry. Reservations are required.

The genuine things of the past tasted in a welcoming and particular environment, certainly distinguishes itself from the "usual places" now standardized in form and content. 15/06/2025: Great little family restaurant in the neighborhood. We arrived late from the airport and this was our first meal in Italy. We got pizzas and they were amazing. Super thin crust, great flavor, and just an overall excellent experience. If you are in the area definitely stop, they have an extensive menu and we are looking forward to coming here again.

Food was fresh and absolutely delicious… I also wanted to order pretty much every plate I saw being taken to other people’s tables! Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was cosy, wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend to others. A must visit if you’re in the area and worth a trip if you’re not!

15/06/2025: Very good location to use as a base for visiting Subiaco, but especially the two Monasteries of Santa Scolastica and San Benedetto, with the Sacro Speco. Spartan rooms with less than impeccable cleanliness, good food and fantastic location.
