A small, very welcoming neighborhood restaurant. The service is very friendly, at times reminiscent of historic Roman osterias. The cuisine is authentic, home-style, spontaneous, and warm. I also recommend it for a quick lunch break.

Very nice and well-kept restaurant. I went there last night for the first time. The waiter was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had the carbonara, which was excellent. And the tiramisu was very good. I recommend going there, especially for the reasonable prices.

10/06/2026: By far the best restaurant in Rome, for food quality, service, and location. It exudes history but not sloppiness, with old-fashioned service that's absolutely relevant and deserves to be taught in any hotel management school. The mortadella, made in-house, is excellent. The selection of seasonal vegetables is a rarity these days. The fried food is exceptional, dry, and flavorful. After countless visits for their fresh pasta, this time I opted for a Milanese, much better than many I've had in Milan itself. The tiramisu and zabaglione were exquisite. Kudos to the staff, who are qualified, friendly, and extremely attentive.
06/06/2026: I went there for lunch. There were other Japanese tour groups there, so it seems to be a popular restaurant. I had rigatoni amatriciana, saltimbocca a la Romana, a salad, and a fruit salad. It was quite delicious.
