Friendly and familiar service for a small local restaurant with quality food, typical of Roman cuisine. I had the pleasure of having a delicious lunch without too many pretensions: very good carbonara, baked suckling pig the meat was a little "dry" and I tried an excellent tiramisu! If you are passing through the area and want to try it, I warn you the place is small so book in advance because it is very busy on weekends.

Oggi, per esempio, lasagne e collo di maiale cucinato e condito benissimo. Qui sono sempre stato bene.

Al ristorante "Al dù Don Salvatore" mi sono trovata a casa. Il proprietario, il signor Giulio, si è occupato subito di noi, accogliendoci amichevolmente da subito. Oltre alla simpatia del proprietario, c'è stata anche la cura nel consigliarci i piatti più giusti per noi, senza nessun fine di lucro dietro. I piatti sono stati serviti relativamente in breve tempo, e la prestazione è stata molto accattivante. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato è stato davvero buono, soprattutto i fritti e la pasta. Il clima è accogliente, e il signor Giulio ci ha anche invitato a rimanere di più dopo il dolce, con tutta calma. La sorpresa è arrivata quando, dopo avermi consigliato il tiramisù scomposto, mi è stato servito il dolce in una vera e propria caffettiera. Consiglio davvero di andarci, e avessi la possibilità, tornerei senza problemi! Grazie di tutto
