17/10/2025: VERY POOR service to arrive & be told that NOT only will we NOT be able to check-in 30mins early BUT ALSO that out Room might NOT EVEN be ready for the contracted 3pm Check-in! And the excuse? Because they "allowed" the previous guest to leave our Suite later?!!! Why? And why do they think it's okay to charge and NOT honour the Room checkin time just so they can charge extra for the previous guest staying PAST their contracted time?! NOT good Customer Relations or service at all! And to add to the incompetence, the young girls at Reception all just laugh at you as if you're an idiot! I've been to this Hotel 3 times over the years BUT this will definitely be my last as it's gone downhill & is barely a 2-3 star Hotel (definitely NOT a 4 or 5 star).

15/10/2025: Very good location. 25 minute walking distance to most sites. The reception staff where helpful and a good variety of options for the breakfast buffet. Comfy king sized bed .

23/09/2025: Good value for money. The teachers are good, even if the atmosphere is a bit run-down.

02/06/2025: Dishes arrived strangely cold, but quite good... They also have gluten-free options. Unfortunately the huge amount of flies disturbed the dinner! 🤷🏻‍♂️

23/08/2025: The best trattoria in Rome, just like it used to be. Traditional Roman dishes, generous portions, cooked with skill and love by the great Loreto. Thank you for the wonderful stories you told me, which I could still hear while you were telling them, and I watched you in amazement, and for the evenings spent at the restaurant with my family. I will remember you with that calm and strength that distinguished you when you were working. I'm watching you from down here. Bye Lorè, kisses.

01/05/2025: Worst carbonara eaten in Rome, it was an omelette with 4 pieces of "guanciale"!!!

16/10/2025: Very tasty. Fast service and very friendly staff. They advised us on our order. The food was good. The pasta was homemade and cooked as it should be. We were very satisfied.

05/09/2025: ingrandito di recente é un discreto bar tavola calda di Roma. , il caffè è molto buono cosi come le proposte alimentari. È però più caro della media e l'atmosfera un po' scostante. È cambiata la gestione il servizio è peggiorato e i nuovi gestori sono anche piu scostanti e scortesi dei precedenti. Male

01/11/2025: We came yesterday for Halloween night. The €35 menu was truly meager. The dishes were placed in the center of the table, and we had to fight to share them because they were so small... not to mention the children's menu. The portion of lasagna was barely enough for a doll. As for the entertainment, let alone the entertainment; the head entertainer was constantly holding a glass of white wine (UNWATCHABLE), especially if you're dealing with children... he filmed with his camera without even having us sign a consent form (MANDATORY IN THESE CASES). The kids were coloring and they were eating, for goodness sake, but you eat before the evening begins... MONEY GRANTED, NEVER AGAIN.

23/08/2025: We celebrated my daughter's birthday. An exclusive space just for our guests with every comfort. Music, lights, and excellent food. Super helpful staff, and Federica was a real highlight. Highly recommended!!!

06/11/2025: The breakfast was generous, everything was good. The counter service was efficient. I didn't try the Roman pizza, but everything looked excellent!

29/07/2025: A place with exorbitant prices and average to poor food quality. The only positives are the outdoor seating and, of course, the proximity to the Casa del Jazz concert venue.

05/10/2025: Beautiful little bar in the Frascati centre. Check for full food service, they might be closed fir that, serving only sandwiches and drinks.

13/09/2025: We wanted to go to the restroom, and we tried to buy something to get in. We bought some tobacco, but they told us it wasn't valid. Suddenly, they told us it was 1 euro each because it was for consumers only. We tried to ask if we could use it if we bought something, and they said no, we'd have to pay anyway. They were quite rude and made no effort to understand what we were asking. On top of that, it was a bathroom that drips with sweat and dirt.

14/09/2025: Excellent coffee that pairs well with fresh pastries. I had a very fresh lobster, and it's not always like this—crisp and freshly made. I stand by my opinion of the coffee shop and small pastries.

22/08/2025: Sargenti is right under my house, and all the food has always been good—the desserts, the maritozzi, the fruit ones, and especially the ice cream, delicious. The coffee is very good, and the staff are very friendly, and the service is both inside and out. Highly recommended. Don't listen to the horrible reviews. It's very good.

19/10/2025: You can find a place in 30 minutes, then another 40 minutes of queuing to get into the club. You can't enter with water. All personal items must be handed over to the girls in the dressing room who, among other things, don't even know where they put their stuff. 15€ entry fee for a hole in the wall. In other clubs you can get in for less with fewer problems.
