16/06/2025: I was there a week ago for a classy dinner. Unlike two years ago (everything was delicious and the service was impeccable), we found ourselves faced with little professionalism in the management of the tables, terrible and poor quality food. Sandwiches with poor quality meat, not to mention the sandwiches for the children. Everything was really BAD! Last time they saw us come in.

01/06/2025: I came back some time later. I don't remember what happened, I remember a very crowded restaurant. On a Saturday there were 4 tables in the dining room but the rest was empty. There were no beers on the menu. What a shame.

01/03/2025: Finally genuine cuisine without many frills, few dishes but well made with fresh ingredients and many grown by the owners, very kind people always with a smile, abundant dishes and low prices reminded me a lot of my grandmother's cooking, homemade desserts.

23/07/2025: The worst service and horrible food. Bread basket is pieces of stones, fries with burger are half frozen/very cold/ soggy. Stay hungry but do not go here.

21/07/2025: Came here during the day and evening on a Sunday. During the day the men that work here are not very friendly, the female servers are very nice. In the evening, it is a different staff, a lot better. Not a very diverse crowd but had a better time here than My Bar next door.

10/07/2025: Pamela solía ser buena. ¡Ahora no lo es! Engañan a los turistas (que no soy yo, soy residente Italiano )… traicionan a los clientes que no hablan Italiano o muy poco, lo que delata su nacionalidad extranjera. La comida es 😖, solía ser muy buena. Y luego: ¡¡¡¡¡¡NO utilices los baños!!! ¡Es repugnante 🤢 para un lugar que fue calificado tan alto es una vergüenza! ¡Básicamente no hay nada que puedas llamar inodoro! ¡Han estado haciendo obras durante muchos años y pasaron de mal a imposible! ¡Esto sumado a que me cobraron más del precio del menú hace que nunca más vuelva a este lugar! Cada uno debe vivir su propia experiencia… ésta es la mía y aconsejo a mis amigos que no pongan nunca un pie en ese lugar llamado “Panella” en Via Merulana. Por cierto, la sucursal en la estación Termini ha desaparecido 🍀 Me pregunto por qué 🤣

30/06/2025: Ci sono cascata di nuovo perché ero in zona e me ne sono pentita. Potrei parlare dei prezzi esorbitanti o del personale scortese, infastidito dalla semplice presenza dei clienti e lento ma la verità è che il cappuccio è proprio cattivo, sa di bruciato. I cornetti e le brioche buone ma nulla di straordinario rispetto a tanti bar di Roma dove per prezzi normali puoi trovare anche di meglio. Un locale con una fama ingiustificata adatto solo ad accalappiare turisti sprovveduti.

The service is average, and the price-to-price ratio is good, with a rating of 8 out of 10. It's one of the few places that opens early and closes late.

02/06/2025: This morning I went in for breakfast and noticed a cockroach crawling through their products on display. When I pointed out that I couldn't eat in those conditions, I was quickly told that "there was only one" and that "it wasn't crawling on my croissant". Furthermore, I was not even offered a refund or a gesture of courtesy. My breakfast was completely ruined. I find the poor hygiene and superficiality in managing a situation like this unacceptable.

01/02/2025: Polenta with sausage and ribs at the top.!!! Really good as if you were at home. Small but welcoming place. We will return to try other dishes. Friendly and fast service.

23/01/2025: Forget 2 polenta and half a liter of red wine 35 euros. Furthermore, if they know you they trust you otherwise you are invisible. We had finished the polenta for about half an hour. No one approached us about what we wanted for a second course. I'll start by saying we were only three tables for a total of 10 people. I asked for the bill and said goodbye. This Sunday January 19, 2025.

03/05/2025: All very good and exquisite. Only for the waiters if they could be more welcoming.
