Plenty of outdoor space where children can run around and play safely. There are also many animals, including ponies that are occasionally let loose, which the children love. Now there's even a little donkey! The food is always good, whether it's meat, fish, or pizza.

We ordered pizza, and despite some reviews I'd read, it was actually very good: thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The service was good, the waiter was friendly and polite. They brought me a pizza without some of the additions I'd asked for, and he immediately had me remake it, even though I'd told him it was fine the way it was. I'd also read reviews about the service that said the waiters were rude... I guess I was right. Finally, the atmosphere: with the heat that's raging in Rome these days, finding a spot outside surrounded by greenery is like finding an oasis. There are even horses and other animals for the little ones to see, and not just the kids. Finally, in case you were wondering, no, I'm not a member of the staff or an acquaintance of the restaurant; you can tell from the many reviews I've already written. And to think, I was biased after reading other reviews, but since I was in a group, I adjusted... I was pleasantly surprised!

Terrible table service, waitress, forget it! Problems with requesting drinks off the menu; we were asked to pay for them first!

Everything was always excellent. We went there with other parents for the end-of-school party. Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The kids had fun playing in the park and kicking a ball. We'll be back.

A very charming, bucolic atmosphere, with many farm animals. Geese, chickens, donkeys, ponies... Friendly but not intrusive or annoying. Large indoor and especially outdoor spaces, great for a summer evening or for organizing events. Plenty of parking too. Friendly and attentive staff. The only downside: ordering a pizza means a long wait, or there's not enough staff, or there's only one oven. Either way, it's a significant inconvenience.

Huge outdoor space for children to play, with horses and farm animals. The interior is spacious, and the service is excellent. I had pizza, which wasn't exceptional, but the meat looked inviting. Parking is easy.

Excellent dishes, very welcoming and attentive service, a family atmosphere in a very naturalistic location.

I thank Luciano and his entire staff for the wonderful day we spent at Locanda de Massimi on May 16, 2026, for our daughter's first communion. The "Tinello" location was excellent, and the food was thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests, from the appetizer of buffalo mozzarella focaccia and prosciutto to the delicious first courses/incredible lemon ravioli. The cake was simply divine. The service in particular deserves special mention for its organization (we had two waiters entirely dedicated to us), speed, and attention to detail. We were all extremely happy. We couldn't have asked for more. We now consider ourselves regulars, and many of our guests will definitely return! Congratulations, a well-deserved 5 stars.

We were here for a communion. We had a great time. The atmosphere was clean, well-maintained, and the spaces were relaxing despite seating around a hundred. The service was top-notch. Maria took care of us down to the smallest details. She was always attentive, always smiling, and had the super ability to read minds. I wasn't familiar with the place. It was very beautiful. But above all, and this isn't a given, the food was good. We'll be back.
