27/04/2025: Decisamente troppo caro, 70 euro per un dentice a Fregene mi sembra davvero esagerato!! Attenzione alla cameriera che è molto brava nel c convincerti a prendere quello che dice lei!

26/04/2025: Sono andata per il 25 aprile con le mie amiche. Abbiamo preso qualche antipasto in mezzo e gli gnocchi cozze e pecorino (tutte quante), vino, amari e fragole. 80€ a testa. Follia. Per degli gnocchi all’olio praticamente, pecorino non pervenuto, 10 cozze contate su una padella per 7 persone. Mai più. Tutti fuori si lamentavano del conto (d’altronde 10€ per una coppetta di fragole mi sembra un po’ eccessivo). Ah, nel conto risultavano pure piatti non presi… attenzione al momento del pagamento!!

29/01/2025: Premetto che da Ciacco ci siamo stati parecchie volte e ci siamo trovati generalmente bene. Ma ieri sera, una delusione. E' vero che siamo arrivati alle 7:10, e sicuramente è presto per andare al ristorante; ma quando abbiamo chiesto se ci potevamo accomodare non è che ci sia stato detto di tornare più tardi. Ebbene, abbiamo atteso quasi un'ora prima che arrivasse l'antipasto. Nell'attesa il cameriere ci ha gentilmente portato delle patate fritte, di quelle tagliate sottili sottili, stile patatine in sacchetto. E la sensazione era che fossero state riscaldate al microonde. Comunque, non erano malaccio, quindi sorseggiando una birra ce le siamo mangiate, anche perché l'antipasto si faceva attendere. Arriva finalmente l'antipasto, un tris di bao stile romano (cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana). L'ibrido non ci ha convinti del tutto, ma è questione di gusti, può darsi che ad altri piacciano. Intanto noto che la birra che mi hanno servito, in bottiglia, è di quelle che - anche se artigianali - si trovano facilmente nei supermercati. Ma non ci formalizziamo. Arrivano gli hamburger; accompagnati dalle stesse patate fritte che ci erano state date in attesa dell'antipasto. Ora va detta una cosa: se tu nel menu scrivi chips, io mi aspetto patate fritte sul momento (come in tutti i posti dove si servono hamburger), e non mi aspetto quelle che in inglese si chiamano crisps. Che con l'hamburger si accompagnano malissimo, perché sono troppo secche. Infatti gli hamburger li abbiamo mangiati (devo dire che erano dignitosi), ma le patate le abbiamo lasciate lì. Insomma, alla fine siamo usciti non molto soddisfatti. Anzi, per niente. Beninteso: il cameriere è stato gentilissimo e professionale, ci voleva anche offrire un caffè o un amaro gratis. Il problema è tutto il resto, e soprattutto le patate. Quelle stile San Carlo vanno bene da sgranocchiare con una birretta come aperitivo; ma NON sono adatte a essere servite con un hamburger. Però l'impressione è che la gestione del ristorante voglia risparmiare sulle patate, il che se permettete è piuttosto ridicolo. Insomma, Ciacco non ci sembra più quello di una volta. Purtroppo.

20/03/2025: Purtroppo è mi dispiace scrivere questa recensione.. Ma ho preso delle paste erano vecchie anche un po bruciate.. Non si possono dare al cliente delle paste in certe condizioni... Ormai non è più La pasticceria di un tempo.. Non ci andrò mai più...

20/03/2025: Ho avuto l’occasione di cenare in questo meraviglioso ristorante. L’atmosfera accogliente e il personale estremamente cortese mi hanno fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Volevo fare i miei complimenti al direttore Domenico per la sua professionalità e attenzione al dettaglio. La sua gestione è evidente in ogni aspetto dell’esperienza: dall’accoglienza calorosa all’organizzazione impeccabile del servizio. Si vede che ha a cuore la qualità del ristorante e il benessere degli ospiti, creando un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. È davvero un piacere essere accolti da qualcuno con una passione così evidente per il suo lavoro Torneró sicuramente e lo consiglieró a tutti!

The decor is elegant, high end yet, comfortable The food selection is incredible including delicious Roma pizzas (Daviolo!!!). Kids loved the historic Margarita and the wife, the carbonara w house made pasta Whoah!!! Please open opening the USA!! Great beer as well

01/02/2025: Polenta with sausage and ribs at the top.!!! Really good as if you were at home. Small but welcoming place. We will return to try other dishes. Friendly and fast service.

23/01/2025: Lasciate perdere 2 polente e mezzo vino rosso 35 euro. Inoltre se vi conoscono forse si accorgono di voi sennò siete invisibili, avevamo finito la polenta da circa mezz'ora nessuno che ci chiedesse cosa volessimo per secondo ed eravamo solo tre tavoli, a questo punto ho preferito chiedere il conto ed addio.

19/04/2025: I discovered this pastry shop by chance, which happily surprised me. Not only did I order a gingerbread but seeing other sweets on display I bought them to appreciate their goodness. I can't wait to go back because, this pastry shop reminds you of the flavors of childhood, amazing is to say the least... I leave a very warm wish for a Happy Easter to the chef and his very kind lady.

08/01/2025: The coffee is the best, here you can find complete breakfasts in packages but mostly they are eggs to order and some days they have suggestions like chilaquiles. The service is regular, and the cost ratio of the products is good, rating 8 out of 10. It is one of the few places that opens early and closes late.

26/04/2025: I put zero food, because for an aperitif costing €10, we didn't even get a bowl of chips. Adding to that the non-existent service because we were sitting at the outside table and the waitress called us from outside to go get the spritz on the counter just prepared. Scandalous

11/03/2025: Bar located on Via Ostiense right next to the central Montemartini, site of the Capitoline museums. Coffee isn't always great but the staff is always friendly and polite. The only flaw is the non-existent parking, as it is routine to park in double rows.
