01/06/2025: I came with my mother and we asked for a pinsa provola and PANCETTA. We got a pinsa with raw ham 😐. Not to mention that they got confused because there is no pinsa with raw ham on the menu. Also, the frozen dough for the pinsa is obvious and they hide it with kilos of cheese that make it hard to chew. The drink is obvious industrial with a lime wedge.

Neanche per dire che si sono confusi perché nel menu non è presente nessuna pinsa con il prosciutto crudo. Inoltre l'impasto della pinsa surgelato palese e lo nascondono dai kili di formaggio che rendono tutto difficile da masticare .Il drink palese industriale con uno spicchio di lime.

08/07/2025: Attention!!! 1. The entrance says a slice costs between 1 and 3 euros, but what they don't explain is that this price is per 100 grams. 2. If you want to eat at the table, the slice of pizza costs 13 euros. Be careful, it's just one slice, not the whole pizza. 3. In total, we paid 26 euros for two small slices of pizza. 4. When we complained to the waiter, he said he didn't understand English and showed us that at the bottom of the menu, in very small print and in Italian, it said that a slice of pizza to eat in the restaurant cost 13 euros. 5. The pizza is OK, not very hard, and nothing special. I really don't recommend eating there. It's really annoying that they want to rip people off like this, always cheating.

27/06/2025: After years and years of going to this pizzeria, the last two times were total disappointment. One evening they gave us pizza completely burnt underneath (we noticed once we got home), the day before yesterday two pieces of pizza (one only tomato and the other Margherita), one supplì each, one water only, three of us spent just under 25 euros. But the worst thing was the remade pizza, rubbery, not fresh. This just doesn't do it. Not only expensive, but not even good! How bitter...

05/07/2025: I had a great experience; the coffee specialist was friendly, empathetic, asking questions about my coffee experience and she professionally helped me picked the right coffees, she made me try the Aerocino cappuccino while giving me the right amount of information at the tasting area. I even bought the pink one because she made me think about my personal style and environment I live in.

23/06/2025: Today I went to the NESPRESSO Roma Cola di Rienzo boutique to buy a case of Vertuo coffee while waiting to receive the large order made online (not delivered as expected). I found very kind staff and especially Marco, he unblocked a problem with the credit risking at the end of the shift to miss the train to help his colleague in resolving the problem. Thank you so much, there is a need for people like you, competent and with a smile, ready to satisfy the customer's requests.

19/06/2025: I would like to respond to the two-star review of "Marco", I am the guy who was sitting in front of you. I would like to point out that I was just a regular customer, who doesn't like arrogance especially towards those who are working and being there often I have seen all sorts of things. The minutes were not 20 but 10 as he said "out loud" to the girl looking around proudly and pointing to the clock. Not considering the fact that he sat at the outside table of a very crowded place without even telling anyone that he was sitting at the table. I think we need a little more respect towards those who work.

02/06/2025: With great regret I give two stars. Today my wife and I arrived. The place must have had 20-25 people. We sat down and after 20 minutes, and after the girl accidentally took the order from two tables that had arrived after us, I simply said a little loudly to make myself heard, saying sorry, that we had been waiting for 20 minutes and that it was the second table that had ordered before us. In essence nothing changed, but a boy sitting in front of me allowed himself to tell me that I was not polite. Honestly in another context we could have argued, but it didn't seem like the case. I explained to him very calmly that it wasn't my intention and that I was actually sorry if I had given that impression. And he still...and he replies...there were a lot of people and it wasn't easy. Now the problem of people honestly doesn't interest me. Then since we're talking about politeness it would be appropriate for the teacher to at least introduce himself to understand who I was talking to. If it had been the owner, he could have used his little hands, in addition to the two cell phones, also to lend a hand. And no, he had to be a professor. At a certain point you have to know how to cut in order to avoid the situation degenerating, I preferred to give up. So I let it go. Then I obviously also apologized to the girl just in case she had been offended, because I respect those who work. I did that job for 10 years and I know what it means. No one insulted, offended or demanded, or scolded, but it was just wanting to draw attention. Then another waitress arrives and makes us order, then the girl from the beginning brings us two aperitifs (good) and a small platter (really poor) of peanuts and chips. We consume and leave. 20 euros. I would have liked to talk to that boy, but he wasn't there. I will meet him later walking along the lake busy on the phone. Compliments to the boy for his courage, but a little more clarity is needed on when and how to intervene with a customer. Not even the doubt of a misunderstanding or a misunderstanding. More calm and concentration in the service is better.

26/04/2025: Con il movimento che c'è nella capitale in questi giorni non si può mica pretendere dagli esercenti un servizio veloce e nemmeno in buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Però uno scontrino almeno... La poverina piazzata a recitare, non senza imbarazzo, questa triste scenetta mi dice: " mi dispiace, il registratore di cassa è fuori uso". "Che sfortuna" dico io " proprio oggi con tutti questi clienti ... vabè, posso pagare con carta?" Lei mi dice:" No, anche il pos è fuori uso". E allora è veramente sfortuna! Ho pensato che stavano rischiando di prendere una bella multa e che forse era il caso di avvisare chi di dovere che non si trattava di evasione fiscale ma solo di una serie di sfortunati inconvenienti tecnici. Di sicuro saranno comprensivi.
