17/04/2025: Went her after a trip to the Colosseum for my friends birthday! The pasta and wine were amazing, and they even lit a candle with some tiramisu for my friend. The servers were great and food was great! Highly recommend.

27/04/2025: Se cercate un angolo di magia dove il tempo sembra fermarsi e l’ospitalità è di casa, La Baita (Braceria) è il posto giusto. Gestita da Maria e Moreno, due ragazzi giovanissimi ma con una passione immensa, questa braceria è un vero gioiellino immerso nella natura. Intorno a loro, una squadra di ragazzi altrettanto giovani che ti accolgono con sorrisi sinceri e una cordialità che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Qui non si tratta solo di mangiare (benissimo, aggiungo!), ma di collezionare momenti con le tue persone care. È bellissimo vedere come Maria e Moreno abbiano saputo rinnovare la tradizione con entusiasmo e visione, regalando momenti autentici e pieni di cuore. Un posto da consigliare ad occhi chiusi… e dove sicuramente tornare! E lo abbiamo fatto 🥰

27/04/2025: Giornata meravigliosa trascorsa nel cuore della maremma laziale dove Maria e Moreno hanno allestito un barbecue divertente con la botte dove potevi attingere un buon vino che scendeva giù come una bellezza 🫢, elegante cn quei cesti coperti da una tovaglia a quadretti rossi e dentro tutto il necessario x apparecchiare. Bruschette con le salse preparate da loro, la carne cotta al punto giusto, patate gustosissime, insalata del campo saporita anche senza aggiungere olio, solo cn limone, ottime ciambelle al vino, ottimo caffè e grappa. E potevi chiedere il bis senza problemi con ragazzi gentili che ti accontentavano con simpatia. Bravissimi Ragazzi , meravigliosi simpatici padroni di casa, ci avete fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo trascorso qualche ora in perfetto relax dove i telefonini erano solo macchine fotografiche x catturare questi momenti magici

Also unmissable is the aperitif (very delicious), especially on Sundays because for women from 6pm to 7.30pm the drinks are free and the platter is only €8! Super recommended! Tables overlooking the sea. Ideal atmosphere and friendly staff!

23/03/2025: I have been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. The lamb chops were simply perfect: tender, tasty and perfectly cooked, with an irresistible crust. The trio of vegetables was fresh and well-balanced, while the baked potatoes were golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just as they should be. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and well-kept, ideal for a relaxing lunch. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

12/04/2025: Simplemente DELICIOSO! Comida casera, no - tonterías y sin embargo especial. Bonitos propietarios y un almuerzo informal fácil. Amplia gama de opciones vegetales, fieles a la comida tradicional italiana de mamá. Ah, y la pizza bianca más deliciosa (crujiente y suave, pizza blanca bien levantada con solo aceite de oliva y sal, delicioso! ) jamás probado. Muy recomendable. Luego para tomar un café y el mejor helado diríjase al Bar Bartoli justo en frente de Saporito para concluir un almuerzo o brunch satisfactorio!
