We too, probably like most, stumbled upon this location by chance, or rather following an online search which dictated decent reviews, at least on the food. The secret to resisting the devastating impact that this place has is definitely to sit down and try to eat without looking around. There is no menu, in no time at all the friendly little man who serves us at the table (presumably co-owner of another dedicated to cooking) whips up a series of dishes, simple, rustic, truly appetizing and homemade. We have "brushed" everything that was offered to us at objectively modest prices. I believe the "carelessness of detail" is the pitiful calling card and icon of this place, lacking above all from a hygienic point of view. It's a shame, because guaranteeing a minimum level of hygiene and decorum would earn points! For an alternative culinary experience, I can recommend it, at least to those who want to dare........!!!

We found this place through the positive reviews. There were some small difficulties in finding the place, the sign bears a different name from the one reported online. Simple, genuine and plentiful food... the choice is made by the owner! The appetizer serve won the gold medal in the 100 meters. It was a bombardment in rapid succession of: spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes, french fries, peppers, olives, ham, roasted aubergines, bruschetta bread with oil, courgette omelette, sausage... All very good! First courses: meat sauce or ragu. The only variation is pasta, fettuccine or gnocchi (homemade). Very good! A round of applause to the mustachioed boy who served us diligently. The only flaw is a bit old fashioned even in compliance with hygiene standards. The good Massimo honored us with mandarins, wine biscuits, coffee and bitters. All at a modest, negotiable and invoiced price!

Splendid lunch, Massimo was very obliging and proactive. The food was delicious and amazingly low-priced. The venue is quirky but comfortable. Definitely worth a visit.
