Unfortunately, we arrived on a day when a waiters was in his first day. Even though his mentor was good, I feel the service didn't match the atmosphere of the cafe. They could do so much more here, a lovely centre piece on the table with flowers, napkins etc.
Our order came out incorrectly, then we were overcharged.
The views are amazing, that all it has going for it really ☹️
I hope they get a manager in that has a lot of hospitality background that has great attention to detail.

Highly recommended!
We had breakfast here during our vacation in Rome and had a wonderful time.
The view of Rome's historic buildings was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! The tiramisu was highly recommended.

A truly beautiful place. A gem in the heart of Rome. It's worth climbing those steps to admire the wonderful view. We were there for a birthday, and the lunch and service were excellent. Kudos to the super-friendly staff.

Stopped for quick late lunch before visiting the museum. Came for the views primarily. Terrace is nice but for views you really want to sit at the front row tables which we were told were only for groups of four. They wouldn’t seat 2 people even thought place was pretty empty. Ok I guess but be aware. Food was just ok and so was the service. Overall not great not terrible. Indoor cafe may (or may not) be better but u can’t take food purchase there outside.

The croissant was good, the latte macchiato a bit stringy, and I found the staff to be quite snobbish/grumpy... They should smile more.
They sat us in an inside spot where we couldn't see much except the gazebo outside.

The tiramisu didn't really stand out as a tiramisu; it tasted like pudding, and the cheesecake with forest fruits was just sugar. We left half of it.
