Gluten-free options are also available (bread is also available), and great attention to detail is paid to this issue. The dishes available are varied but not overwhelming (a sign of the care and attention paid to their preparation).
04/02/2026: This is the second business dinner I've had. Two positive things: beautiful location and good wine list. The rest is a bit of a letdown: deafening reverberation, in two dinners I've tasted 6-7 courses and none of them left me wanting, heavy food and nothing special. The most exasperating thing is the wait: yesterday we sat down at 8:00, the first course arrived at 9:00, we finished dinner at 11:00... exasperatingly slow and not much friendliness either. For the next forced dinner, I'll stay in a hotel rather than...

18/09/2025: Great place to stay and visit Trieste, Udine, Cividale, or travel further to Slovenia. Lucca and Paul are great hosts that immeriately make you feel at home. Pauls humor is unforgettable. So is the big pergola in front of the building, the biggest in Italy, Europe or even the world! While having breakfast or dinner under it, you have a wonderful view! This Agriturismo is a unique experience.
28/08/2025: This was our first time in Friuli and we were looking forward to the landscape, the towns, the food, the wine, the mountains, and the sea. While searching for a personally run agriturismo, we came across the friendly reviews of La Faula and felt completely at home there! Luca and Paul have created a very special place, with plenty of space for retreat and peace, as well as for meeting people and sharing their humanity. Thank you for your hospitality, the lovely breakfast, and the delicious dinner! We had a wonderful stay!

07/12/2025: The location is simple but well-maintained. The counter is well-presented and very varied, with fresh, local products. The very friendly staff makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend trying the seafood fregola and the gratinated calamari, and for dessert, the delicious tiramisu. For the quality, the prices are excellent.
15/11/2025: Today, while searching online for takeout, I came across this place for the first time, so I ordered some food from Margio'. From the moment I booked, I noticed the courtesy and professionalism, which was fully confirmed by the quality of the meal I received. A very positive experience, which I would recommend without hesitation.

02/02/2026: Intimate and quaint restaurant. Quality ingredients and tasty dishes. The cavolo nero appetizer was truly delicious. The only flaw: the main course was a little cold. The pistachio pudding was delicious!

24/12/2025: The atmosphere is refined and modern, with a large window on one side and a fireplace on the other. The service is attentive, and the food is truly delicious: crostini with lard, San Daniele prosciutto, and a truly delicious burger. We'll definitely be back.

21/09/2025: We celebrated our anniversary at this grill restaurant and it was a truly enjoyable evening.
The prosciutto and focaccia appetizer, the two first courses, the drinks, the dessert, and the coffee were all delicious. We spent about €35 each, a great price considering the quality.
A special touch was the polenta with bell pepper sauce that was offered to us, truly delicious. The cookies and meringues served with the coffee were also a welcome touch.
We highly recommend this place!
