13/02/2026: Both the desserts and sandwiches were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I especially want to mention the desserts; each one looked so appetizing in the display case. And the taste was even more unforgettable!

29/03/2026: Update – we've been there several times now –: the menu is concise and refined! The cuisine is excellent. Every dish is cooked to perfection! There are no weaknesses. The wines are top-notch. The service, in particular, is perfect. Attentive and courteous! The tables, glasses, and plates are also high-quality and perfectly complement everything. I like that the restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere. It offers both bar and dining service. It's one of the best restaurants in the region. New management! The food is sometimes very good and sometimes experimental... there's still room for improvement in the combination of dishes... the wine list is excellent... the service is attentive but not always available when needed. Prices have increased significantly compared to the previous owner... I think the restaurant has a bright future because it's just a few small things that need improvement!

20/05/2026: We stopped here for a meal while passing through and were absolutely delighted. We had Melanzane alla Parmigiana and pasta with ragù, both of which were delicious. The dining room is comfortably decorated and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back.

16/05/2026: Excellent menu, excellent service, pleasant location and absolutely must try the game and the real gem never tried before: the sweet fridge.

08/05/2026: Very nice location and view of the mountains. You can rent a bike or skis in the winter. The ski lift is right next door. Breakfast is ok.

13/07/2026: For years, Alpino was an integral part of our Carinthian holidays. We always loved coming back, brought many friends, and everyone was always thrilled. It's all the more difficult for us to say this, but the price increases of recent years have unfortunately spoiled our enjoyment. An Aperol Spritz went from €4 to €5 and finally reached €7 in the summer of 2026. Combined with the also-increased cover charge, dining out now even exceeds the prices in Austria. For us, the trip to Tarvisio is therefore no longer worthwhile. It's truly a shame that this cherished tradition has been taken away from us. We will cherish the wonderful memories of our visits and the fantastic team.
