23/02/2026: We stopped by on Sunday for lunch. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. Sabrina was welcoming, kind, and friendly. The owner was present and helpful, and we enjoyed chatting with him after lunch. We'll definitely be back.

23/03/2026: A STOP WORTH THE DETOUR In the rich food and wine scene in Lignano and the surrounding area, this is truly a gem that stands out. First, its strategic location along the main sea routes, then the unexpected tranquility offered by Gorgo, a handful of houses nestled where the Tagliamento River makes its sinuous curves. The church, a few homes, and this address deserves to be noted in your diary. Modern interiors, thoughtful background music, and a very helpful staff. And above all, it's open year-round, a clear sign that this isn't a quick bite, but rather a precise concept. The seafood menu features excellent ingredients. The raw fish is excellent, and the calamari spillo is amazing—for us, the best dish of the evening. A decent wine list with fine local wines. In summer, you can sit outside in the spacious courtyard. Worth a visit.

26/02/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, tavern-style pub, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, like being with family, superb food, pizza, sandwiches and unique dishes, all excellent quality, highly recommended.

18/02/2026: The food is good, certainly not gourmet, but it meets expectations, especially the affordability. The menu offers a wide variety, which is a double-edged sword. Everything is good, but nothing memorable. That said, the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to their customers, a rare treat these days. I think it's worth stopping by for that alone. The selection of draft and bottled beers is decent. The place has an outdoor patio, which is accessible in the winter as a games room/smoking area. The interior is well-kept and charming. Nothing spectacular, but as I said before, I'm convinced it's worth a try just to experience the kindness of the staff.

12/03/2026: Passing through for work I stopped here, excellent restaurant for a quick lunch and there is no fixed menu including wine and coffee, good food, very good, very helpful and kind staff, I recommend it

04/03/2026: Exceptional coffee. Good quality workers' lunches. Open from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m., it's a great place for a quick breakfast on a major thoroughfare. I recommend it.

15/01/2026: The rooms are clean and tidy, but the furnishings are somewhat worn, so you'd immediately think they're good value for money in terms of aesthetics. Aside from that, I'd appreciate the late check-in and the hospitality and professionalism. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed with soft pillows, a warm room, and a working bathroom. I would have given it a 5 if the price were slightly lower, since you can find even modern 4s with huge rooms for that price. I don't understand the point of the loud TV on the outside wall facing the street; in my opinion, it just creates a disturbance.

01/01/2026: The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy. They even provide cookies, and it's very technologically advanced. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location, but the restaurant is separate from the rooms, so in the morning you have to walk a short distance to get there.

23/11/2025: Here you can eat really good pizza for a very reasonable price. It's more like a pub/bar, but it turns out that the price-performance ratio is really excellent. We were there on a Saturday evening, and considering they "only" served pizza 🍕, it was quite full. It's located a little off the main road on a very quiet side street. I recommend it to anyone who wants simple but good pizza and isn't too concerned about the atmosphere. By the way, there were five of us, each of us had a pizza plus drinks, and we paid €80 for everything, including a €1.50 Coke. (1 liter of house wine €5, 0.25 can of Coke €2.50) I haven't eaten so cheaply for such good quality in a long time.
