Great place nice and simple with a nice fireplace is worth it

Simple but very welcoming environment, friendly and helpful owner, friendly and efficient staff. We ate excellently: San Daniele raw ham, fresh and mature cheeses, homemade focaccia, with a good Tocai wine. Digestive offered, as well as ham for our. dog.

ENVIRONMENT: The place is a bit spartan, but the environment is familiar and clean. SERVICE: Pleasant and informal, the owner is a nice and sociable person, not aggressive in his presence. FOOD: The notable part is in the ham, in my opinion of superior quality, I have tasted various hams in San Daniele but this ham is remarkable in flavor and meltability, the cheeses are truly remarkable and tasty, they were presented to us as per Calabrian tradition , I don't have much knowledge of this region regarding cheeses, but really good ones. PRICE: Excellent products and a renowned tavern, however I consider the price to be somewhat excessive for two trays of ham (no more than 250g) two of cheese (less than 100g) two of dairy products (no more than 100g) a small piece of focaccia, bread, breadsticks and some pickles. Let's not forget the ribolla, perhaps the most substantial one. All in all I expected a more accessible account. CONCLUSIONS: Would I go back? certainly, both for the exceptional ham and for the very nice owner.

Ottima prosciutteria con una buona osteria. Ottimo il servizio e la cortesia. Curata l'ambientazione. Ampio e di facile fruizione il parcheggio. Merita un'occasione per provare l'offerta....

Grandissimo Corrado, il mio consiglio è per i crostini con la salsa PICCANTE, ma l'ambiente ha molto altro ancora da offrire, lo consiglio!

Buono il prosciutto Coradazzi e il prosecco valdobbiadene. Non si mangi altro se non mozzarelline,formaggio, focaccia. Ho trovato i prezzi piuttosto altini soprattutto per la location spartana.
