14/09/2025: We had dinner here. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they didn't always wait until my order was taken. I had to ask for something several times, and the wrong order was always delivered. Not a good value. However, if you're passing through, it's a good option for a quick stop. The place is clean, and parking is available.

01/09/2025: Delicious food, both the carbonara and the fried seafood. The portion was sufficient for us. The atmosphere is what you'd expect in Lignano: a tourist hotspot. So it's busy and a bit loud, but we were aware of that :) Service was absolutely great, everyone was super friendly! It's a busy restaurant; a reservation would be nice, but you'll always find a spot if you don't make one. However, you'll have to expect a short wait.

07/09/2025: One of FVG's hidden gems, an enchanting location with breathtaking views. The staff manage to strike a balance between being profession and friendly, and seemingly effortlessly make you feel at home. The kitchen certainly has started to exceed expectations, living up to the location. Top quality local ingredients are blended with flavor and creativity. Listen out for the off the menu specials, more often than not they're a must try!

04/09/2025: I went there last night for the first time for dinner with former colleagues. The place was charming, the waiter was very friendly and approachable, and the food and wine were of high quality. I don't often leave reviews, but this one deserved it. I took one star off the food because I didn't find any vegan options, and even though I'm not vegan, I'd appreciate more attention to those who, by choice or necessity, want to eat more plant-based.

31/07/2025: Great food in Ristorante Campiello and amazing wine list. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend it if you are in the region. Not a lot of fish restaurants on this level around that area.

05/08/2025: An ideal place for a meat-based dinner. The kitchen did an excellent job, serving a steak of the perfect size and doneness—no less than three or four fingers thick—and served rare. The wine selection was also excellent, all offering a fair price/quality ratio, more than reasonable for the food on offer. The service was very professional, and the beautiful spaces made the place intimate yet welcoming, refined yet casual.

09/07/2025: I didn't take any photos of the food because I ate it all quickly and happily. I have to return to try new flavors. I assure you, everything was beautiful to look at and delicious. The roast was tasty and tender. The place is a little gem surrounded by greenery; a still-functioning mill welcomes you to the back garden area where lunch or dinner is served. There's a small parking lot in front, a large parking lot in the back, and unattended parking outside. The staff is extremely kind and courteous. Highly recommended for weddings, baptisms, parties, lunches, and dinners in a beautiful location. This time I was there after Easter and took a few photos of the food. I returned for a pleasant lunch. I recommend trying everything. Everything was excellent in a beautiful and even more refined setting. The staff was kind and helpful. Well done everyone.

05/05/2025: Fantastic place and very kind staff. The location lends itself to taking beautiful photos, the children had a lot of fun. We celebrated the little girl's communion and I think I will return for other occasions.

29/08/2025: Highly recommended, ate fresh fish, very soft seafood salad, dry and soft fried calamari, really good catch of the day outside the menu (baked or grilled sea bass)

25/08/2025: The day started with a nice walk around the center of Marano, then asking locals for a nice restaurant where we could have lunch, they had the wonderful idea of ​​recommending this place, where we were warmly welcomed by a truly courteous staff. The appetizer and second course of fish were excellent, arrived fresh directly from the fishing boat accompanied by good white wine. The dessert was exquisite and we left feeling full. What can I say, we will definitely return!

The food is outstanding – the fresh mussels as a starter and the grilled fish platter as a main course were a real highlight. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, even though the restaurant is located right in the pedestrian zone. You immediately feel at home and can enjoy your meal in peace. Reservations are definitely recommended, as the restaurant is very popular. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh fish and Italian hospitality!

19/08/2025: Absolutely disappointing – rude treatment of guests We arrived on our racing bikes and politely asked for a seat. The response was that everything was full. Several tables were clearly unoccupied. Even our request for a quick drink at the bar was rudely declined – for no apparent reason. The staff's behavior was very unfriendly.

We'll definitely be back because it's a great alternative to the restaurants in downtown Lignano. Excellent value, just 6 minutes from Lignano.
