12/04/2026: Terrible experience. We were there last night, 10 of us. We waited over an hour for our food. The annoying thing is that people who arrived after us ate first. It gives me the impression that they're favoring regulars. The cuttlefish were almost salt-fried, more potatoes than cheese... Unprofessional service. In cases like these, with such long waits, some explanation/apology should be given. The bill was exorbitant; in fact, I'm checking the receipt now, and EMI seems to have even charged us extra. In short, for me, it was a disaster.

The atmosphere is well-kept and clean, making it a truly comfortable place to be. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening. The bill was also reasonable for what we ate. A place to return to. Recommended!

I had the grilled meat. Not excessive, but fair price and good meat.
06/04/2026: I had never been there, we arrived around 9pm, I ordered the mixed grill and I found the rib overcooked and it came off the bone in one piece, but the thing that made me decide to make a comment was the constant coming and going of the kitchen staff between the tables with the loads of products, even the dishwasher with the detergent 😵💫 so I think it can be done when you don't have people or given the many rooms, don't put anyone in the passage ones at that time...

06/04/2026: My husband and I recently stayed at this very nice and well-kept hotel and I must say that we immediately liked Ela, the owner... I feel like I've known her forever... we'll definitely be back!!!!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel right at home.
The food is delicious, as are the cocktails and everything else. The cocktails are always accompanied by a variety of appetizers.
There's a smoking area, and the breakfast is always plentiful.
Highly recommended.

28/09/2023: Un cappuccino e una briosc 3.70euro,ma nemmeno a Udine,costa così tanto,e senza scontrino,le bomole,vado a prenderle,e mi fa pagare 5 euro in più,per il trasporto a casa,ingiusta,molte volte agli stranieri,fa finta di sbagliare,a ritornare il resto,in mezzora con me presente,il04 82022,ben 2 volte, una volta 10 euro in meno, sempre senza battere lo scontrino,unna volta 5,per non battere lo scontrino,ho notato,che lascia la cassa socchiusa.

16/01/2025: Ci vado sempre quando c' è la sagra di San Martino, e anche stavolta non ho mancato., ma solo per bere uno/2 calici. Trovo questo locale molto bello, molto caldo, con ottimi vini (che infatti si fanno pagare), ma il personale non è sta simpatia, purtroppo. Peccato
10/01/2025: Raramente mi è capitato di trovare un posto che riuscisse a conciliare qualità nelle portate presentate, cortesia e dialettica nella proposta, calore ed eleganza nella location interna ed esterna. Tutte questi plus li ho trovati all'Ausa di Cervignano, la prima volta nella cittadina.

Di tutti i camerieri presenti in sala nemmeno uno che ha accennato un mezzo sorriso,tutti musoni, scocciati e maleducati.
Cibo mediamente buono ma scarso.
Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto!!!
