04/01/2025: Cozy restaurant, friendly and fast staff. The fried dumplings were good and not very greasy. The polenta was good with wild boar but it was without sauce to season the polenta and the wild boar was a little too little. Dessert was normal. The bill was right.

25/06/2025: I went on a warm summer evening with some colleagues to the Osteria del Gatto Nero for the first time, and the surprise was very pleasant, we sat on a cool terrace surrounded by greenery, accompanied by excellent food, local wines accompanied by attentive and professional staff. Well done to everyone!!!

08/06/2025: Too expensive for the quality offered. We ate several fish courses including appetizers, first courses and second courses but nothing thrilled us. (2 slices of pineapple 7 euros). Very slow service and without a minimum explanation of the dishes.

10/05/2025: Bakery with sweet and savory products in a small street in the center of Reggio Emilia. We took the local specialty, Erbazzone, in a lighter version, without garlic and lard and it was delicious! Very tasty thanks also to the parmesan in the preparation, it was also digestible. In particular, we were also struck by the kindness of the staff who, despite being rather crowded due to a festival taking place in the city, served each customer with care and kindness, even offering us some pizza samples while we waited. Passed with flying colors!

22/07/2025: We stopped by chance on a Sunday and even without a reservation they were friendly and kind. There is a wide selection of pizzas. For me it was delicious.

15/06/2025: The place is a bit dated but clean and tidy, the food is good especially the bruschetta and the pizza is really excellent. Kind and polite staff.

08/06/2025: Really beautiful setting! In the heart of the Poviglio countryside…the interior is very characteristic, with old pots attached to the ceiling. Giant fried dumplings like they once were and delicious cold cuts! First courses too! Prices are normal And congratulations for the sign at the entrance aimed at children 🥹

05/06/2025: Typical Emilian dishes. Good, tasty, abundant. A wonderful Lambrusco and a fairly good bill. The room is wonderful with all those copper pots and pans hanging from the wooden ceiling. Quality tablecloths and napkins.

18/07/2025: Se è così necessario prenotare, ci sarà un motivo. Non certo perché il locale sia piccolo, anzi, ha due belle sale. La verità è che si mangia davvero bene, il personale è molto gentile, i prezzi tutt'altro che alti (i primi inferiori ai 10€, i contorni 3€, ecc...)

18/07/2025: Ero stato in questo locale diversi anni fa e già allora mi era piaciuto ,finalmente sono riuscito a tornare e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto ,il locale non è cambiato ed è un classico della montagna,servizio cordiale e veloce,sul cibo tutto ottimo e ben fatto ,noi abbiamo preso tutto il fuori menù a parte l’antipasto che è il piatto tipico del ristorante un misto di cose deliziose da provare assolutamente,poi tortelli di radicchio rosso con salsa di taleggio e tagliatelle con la pasta di mirtilli condite con un ragù di cervo e di secondo filetto di maiale con una salsa squisita di noci e tartufo da fare la scarpetta,ottimo anche il dolce una muss di yogurt con mirtilli,rapporto qualità prezzo da provare poi mi direte

25/05/2025: Finally! A restaurant that uses excellent quality raw materials and offers refined, but not pretentious cuisine. We chose fish. The combination of Cappelletti meets the excellent sea. Refined but infirm place. Prepared and very kind staff. Wide selection of wines. It is not a cheap place, it is in line with the sector, but every bite is worth the experience. We will definitely return.

12/05/2025: nice fish restaurant, the quality raw materials are there and you can really feel them. Just the right portions but so good that a little more generosity wouldn't have gone amiss. Very well done risotto. professional and kind staff but a little 'not very warm', nice atmosphere although perhaps a little dark at lunch. Waits between courses were a little to the limit. Medium-high prices, a little too much for some dishes. Overall good experience.

07/06/2025: Above all, the food is good. It is a typical family-run restaurant that was the same 40 years ago. A guarantee! I will be back!

03/06/2025: 70s style pizza, in my opinion very good. It's a great place, located in a street not far from the center, you can eat very well and the staff is also kind. Large outdoor area I recommend

14/06/2025: Really good food, made with quality ingredients and plentiful. The staff was very friendly, even when they had to move everyone inside because of the unexpected storm. The only flaw was the fried polenta which was too salty.
