This was the highlight of our entire trip, and honestly, it’s hard to imagine anything else living up to this experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a level of service that instantly set the tone for what was to come. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each course and ensuring that our every need was met. Their genuine passion for the food was evident, and it made the entire meal feel like a special event. Now, let's talk about the food. The multi-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was an artwork, bursting with flavors that were as bold as they were delicate, every bite perfectly balanced. It’s clear that attention to detail and creativity are at the heart of this restaurant, with the chef pushing boundaries while respecting tradition. And let’s not forget the wine pairing—it was exceptional, enhancing each course and offering us the chance to explore regional varieties that were absolutely perfect with the dishes. Though we had to take the train from Bologna and later a cab back to the city, it was worth every minute of the journey. Perfect for a day of relaxation and fun surrounded by nature.

10/08/2025: Small but very nice pool with a large green space. It's airy given its location on the first hills towards the mountain. Very friendly staff. Recommended.

26/08/2025: A special welcome. The dishes were decidedly captivating and full of character. We came here three years after our first visit and were so impressed by the excellent food and the wine list, carefully selected and carefully paired with traditional dishes. So much so that we came two nights in a row. Tortelli and caramels are a must-try for starters. Meatballs are a must-see. The dessert trolley is a real treat, as it makes you think you've made the mistake of walking into a pastry shop.

10/05/2025: Bakery with sweet and savory products in a small street in the center of Reggio Emilia. We took the local specialty, Erbazzone, in a lighter version, without garlic and lard and it was delicious! Very tasty thanks also to the parmesan in the preparation, it was also digestible. In particular, we were also struck by the kindness of the staff who, despite being rather crowded due to a festival taking place in the city, served each customer with care and kindness, even offering us some pizza samples while we waited. Passed with flying colors!

15/09/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I are two Chefs, with the day off. Here, today on Easter Monday we went for lunch. So, from". Agriturismo La Prateria. Top notch staff, made up of a very tactically united family unit. We ordered some of their menu! Search for ingredients, excellent cuisine In the right times. The fried gnocco and the potato tortello with artichokes and sausage are excellent. In short, really good. We will be back and recommend it. Word from Chef. Especially my lady who does the job of Chef. She was especially impressed with the Polenta and GORGONZOLA soufflé. SPACEEEEEEE. We will definitely be back

15/10/2025: When you come here, you can't miss trying their wonderful penne... All'ubriaca, or penne Rosa for me are the best... Shame about the service which always leaves a lot to be desired... Long waits for orders, even though the place is not full... It's also a shame that you can't book and therefore often you have to wait a long time.

23/08/2025: At 10:35 PM on a Saturday night, turning off the fans outside and making it clear it's time to close. I would have had another beer, and at least with the fan on. I repeat, at 10:35 PM? On a Saturday night? No way. P.S. I'm an area manager at Paulaner 😜
