30/12/2025: How is it possible that a coffee shop as big as this doesn't have plant-based milk these days?! It's unthinkable to encounter this kind of inconvenience.

05/04/2026: Rudeness, embarrassing to say the least. The girl on the bar balcony pretended not to see us!!! We were right in front of her, but she was chatting with two people for at least 10 minutes without asking what we wanted to order. So we sat down, the place was completely empty, even worse. She didn't even glance at us, and continued chatting away!!!! We left, and she didn't even notice. If this is how she treats customers, it's best for her to close down permanently, because it's not the first time this has happened, and from what I've read in the reviews, it's a constant behavior. If I were the owner, I would have already kicked her out, but if she were the owner... she understands nothing about courtesy and good manners. A real shame for a place that deserves to be promoted.

31/03/2026: Excellent food, excellent service, always courteous and friendly, plenty of parking, nice place, good cooks and bartenders, excellent waitresses, the place is well worth the price and excellent. Take a look, it's worth it.

13/03/2026: I had higher expectations for the rustic, home-style cooking. Nothing special, nothing special. Prices aren't as low as you might think given the casual atmosphere. P.S. The three-layer lasagna??? No way, girls!!!

Ideal for breakfast or a snack. I'd appreciate the selection of cakes and cold desserts. Affordable for everyone. Professional staff.

02/03/2026: Too bad...we've known this restaurant for years. The menu is still the same, but it's not as good as it used to be. Cured meats, NO COMMENT, very thick tortelli. The only good thing is the semifreddo...which they don't make...sorry!

03/01/2026: A quaint, timeless trattoria in the Parma Apennines, just a few kilometers from the famous Bardi Castle. A colorful and original atmosphere, authentic and delicious food (we had a fantastic torta fritta accompanied by a platter of local cured meats, homemade herb ravioli, and delicious loin and fried porcini mushrooms). Excellent value for money. Paola and Carmela welcomed us with love and kindness, making us feel at home right away. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon 🫶🏻 Susy and Dani

24/02/2026: It's not my style to leave negative reviews for the sake of it, but I think it's fair to offer food for thought to improve some critical points. We spent €72 for a lunch with two modest appetizers and a single side of potatoes, which, however, was double-checked on the receipt, as well as two glasses of wine and a water. Halfway through the meal, we were brought a small basket of mini pizzas, unsolicited or explained to us: if it had been served at the beginning, it would probably have made a difference. The prices are exorbitant for the quality offered. The place was very cold, and the staff was unsure and unprofessional. Furthermore, one of the two glasses of wine was charged higher than the list price: we didn't dispute this out of disappointment, certainly not because we needed a refund. Price transparency is essential when offering a service, and when it's lacking, it inevitably leaves a bitter taste. The overall experience was disappointing. If there are so many people complaining about the reviews, it's clear that something is wrong!

30/04/2025: I found myself having dinner in Reggio Emilia for work. While walking around, I found this place open and willing to serve dinner at 7:00 PM (other places opened at 7:30, but I was hungry...). The service and price were good, but the food wasn't so good.

24/02/2026: A journey back in time! An authentic Apennine restaurant, with local staff who have been running the business their whole lives. Here you'll find dishes from days gone by, in an old-fashioned setting, with passing customers sharing their stories, just as they used to. Gnocco fritto is delicious and plentiful. Fair prices.
