Honestly, I can't explain the many negative reviews because I've been there for lunch at least 15 times and I've never experienced any of the negative things written. The food is always good and served on time, and if the staff is occasionally distracted, I don't see anything so dramatic.

We stopped by for breakfast, the fresh pastries were filled with lots of delicious Nutella, the waiters were very kind and friendly, the place was large and well-kept, we'll definitely be back.
