13/07/2025: Thank you, Aunt Carla. From breakfast: with homemade cakes, a sandwich with prosciutto and pecorino cheese, to lunch: tagliatelle, "inimitable" leek tortelli, polenta, wild boar, mushrooms... and afternoon gnocco fritto, with cold cuts. To finish, a selection of homemade liqueurs. MUST TRY. Find some time to visit a place where the food, and Aunt Carla, are authentic, like they used to be. Thanks also to all the staff, especially Alina, a hard worker with the temperament of a great Ukrainian woman.

27/06/2025: I called yesterday to find out if they offered a bivouac service and asked if I could pitch my tent out there. As a response, I received a big curse and the phone hung up in my face, STUNNED. Luckily, I managed to contact the Segheria refuge, who were really helpful and kind.

16/06/2025: Ci sono stata a cena con amiche. Abbiamo preso 4 primi tipici, un antipasto di gnocco e tigelle e 4 dolci. Il cibo davvero eccezionale con ingredienti di qualità. Il prezzo molto economico per ciò che abbiamo preso. Si mangia molto bene in un posto isolato ben arredato con uno stile unico, ottimo per le feste. Ci tornerei assolutamente!

07/05/2025: Non ho avuto una buona esperienza in questo ristorante . Ci Pochissime opzioni per vegetariani (mi sono dovuta attenere a quelle pronunciate dal ristoratore stesso che non mi ha dato il menù dopo che lo avevo chiesto) . Le verdure che mi sono arrivate non erano il massimo e il ristoratore, nonostante non ci fossero altre persone alla cassa a parte noi , si è rifiutato di fare i conti separati . L’ho trovato poco professionale . Non ci tornerò assolutamente anche se il posto è molto bello e curato.

26/05/2025: Posto molto carino, bel parco e ambiente accogliente. Punti forti: cibo biologico e atmosfera da agriturismo. Punti deboli: parcheggi diffusi ma non segnalati, servizio leggermente lento e quantità e prezzo decisamente non da agriturismo. Resta una opzione valutabile nella zona.

17/02/2025: Very nice and welcoming location. The owners are very kind people who immediately put you at ease, patient and available to listen to every need. The food is homemade and excellent. We had the opportunity to go for a Confirmation and it was a very pleasant day above all expectations. I thank the owners and give my compliments!

05/05/2025: I stopped by a couple of days ago, during the afternoon. I asked if it was still possible to eat. The woman who seems to be the boss here made me understand that it was very annoying with her attitude but that it was still possible to have a pizza. I was doing a long bike tour, and starving but didn't insist on anything and was polite. A no would have been understood. So I kindly ordered one. The pizza was delicious but i realized after I left that she just charged me MORE THAN DOUBLE THE PRICE of the pizza, and I am pretty sure it was simply dishonest. The pizza was great and her husband was pretty kind tho. Be aware of the price they make you pay.

10/06/2025: Trattoria Andrella; going up the provincial road 15, beyond Ramiseto towards Passo del Lagastrello, just past the town of Lugolo, on the left you will find this stone restaurant, very very informal, a place from another time, rustic, not comparable to the current standards of catering, but for this very reason absolutely emotional, for those who know how to capture its spirit. Historic place where Albertina and Domenico, offer the classic fried gnocco with excellent cured meats, touching green tortelli, if you happen to be in the porcini mushroom season, you will find excellent tagliatelle with mushrooms and a fabulous porcini mushroom lasagne, to follow if you like grilled meat you will not be disappointed, you will also find the freshness of the trout raised in the nearby lake, the unmissable fragrant fried Apennine lamb. You must then try the ricotta and chocolate cake. A real place without frills where sympathy and simplicity abound.

04/07/2025: For me the most beautiful bar in Reggio Emilia, relaxing environment, impeccable service, excellent cappuccino with super large cup, excellent pastries, available bathroom kindness and courtesy. They accept dogs and ATMs.

12/05/2025: At lunch. They bring us the menu where the prices are not indicated. We ask for price information and they tell us €6.50 for the first courses and €8.50 for the second courses. I take Roastbeef, rocket and parmesan. At the cash register the girl gives me a bill of 11.20, I ask why and she replies annoyed that only the Roast Beef costs 10 euros and that the colleague in the room was wrong. I reiterate the price that was communicated to me and he replies "the rocket and parmesan cost more than the rest". All with unjustified presumption and arrogance. The dish was also good but the way of treating customers is shameful and rude. Ps. We entered at 1.35pm and were served at 2.05pm

26/01/2025: We try this restaurant but the food was very disappointing. Risotto that wasn't a risotto but boiled rice with mushrooms, totally unrelated. Average tortelli with a sauce made up of 80% salt. Nice inside with excellent decor but in the premises there must be a menu with prices displayed.

03/07/2025: Wonderful place to spend time enjoying good food and homely hospitality. Large place and excellent food accompanied by beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Mrs. Piera fantastic hostess who immediately puts you at ease. To return with friends to enjoy delicious dishes. I suggest the homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms, finger-licking good.

11/06/2025: The ice cream is not bad but the rudeness and impoliteness of the owner made us feel bad by treating his employee badly in front of all the customers We will definitely not go back there again!!!

27/05/2025: Small but very welcoming and tastefully decorated place. Excellent service with very kind and friendly staff; very attentive to the needs of the customer. Excellent for spending a pleasant and quiet evening as a couple. Quality ingredients and in full view... they give that extra sense of satisfaction. Well-garnished piadinas served on unique and colorful ceramic plates. Ample parking. Price in line with the service offered. Definitely worth returning to..

11/04/2025: Had dinner on the weekend. The piadinas are unquestionably good but too expensive for the product itself and they deserve to be filled more generously. The negative vote depends on the price, the somewhat distracted service (we were not even received at the entrance) and the impossibility of making separate accounts; despite the venue having a limited number of seats.

05/07/2025: Non posso trovare una cosa positiva a tutta la serata passata qua… Il cambio di gestione dagli anni passati non ha giovato minimamente ad un locale molto carino situato nella prima collina reggiana. Il giardino risulta essere non molto curato ma in sé la location è molto carina e spaziosa. E con i complimenti ci si ferma qua. Ci hanno portato 3/4 menù e nessuno di questi era uguale agli altri..in alcuni mancavano pagine, altri sgualciti ecc ecc Il cameriere che ci ha preso l’ordine ha dimenticato di segnare in modo corretto varie cose (corrette successivamente da nostra richiesta). Tempi biblici per la carne. Metà di noi (eravamo in 6) che aveva preso gnocco e salume ecc ha mangiato quasi subito, gli altri hanno dovuto aspettare i loro piatti per quasi un ora. La qualità? Quasi imbarazzante. Gnocco e tigelle scadenti, salumi pessimi, tortelli freddi ecc ecc. Ah, ovviamente problemi anche con i pagamenti perché il (povero) ragazzo alla cassa non sapeva usare il bancomat.

28/06/2025: Filippini restaurant is located in Montericco di Albinea (RE). Large room with veranda and garden with tables, near the tables a large play area for children, slide, swings and other games, very convenient for children to play while parents eat. We went for dinner on Friday evening, three adults and a child who had a great time meeting other children. We ordered Tortelli verdi, Tortelli di zucca delicious. As a second course Mixed grill of excellent meat, with baked potatoes and chips, plus a mixed grilled vegetable. Wine on tap. The child ate a whole plate of Tortelli verdi. The staff was very kind and up to the task, every time we needed they arrived immediately. The price was adequate for the quality.
