31/03/2026: The service for table reservations is honestly unacceptable, even though a friend of mine booked well in advance. They take several days to respond on WhatsApp, even if you call days or weeks in advance, and it took them 30 minutes to look up the reservation. They didn't let another friend of mine in because the dress code wasn't appropriate for the evening (on other occasions, they hadn't mentioned anything about the dress code). Although he tried to speak to the owner to resolve the issue, he was unsuccessful, and had to go back to exchange the outfit. When the place is very crowded, it's impossible to enter or exit through the main entrance, which can cause serious problems in an emergency. I felt the bouncer showed a huge lack of respect toward my friend, flaunting his supposed "superiority." Furthermore, there was a fight during the evening, and the bouncers weren't even present at the time, and the worst could have happened. If this place has no dress code or regulations, how are first-time visitors supposed to behave? But I mean, judging someone's dress code, yes, but stopping a fight, no? I honestly don't know what to say. Very poor manners and a lack of respect for customers.

12/12/2025: I've been to the restaurant and I have to say that I've rarely encountered such great value for money. Thanks to the friendly and tireless wait staff.

16/11/2025: It's not for food tourism, but not for starving people, as some have mentioned. It's a place where working people go, eat civilly, pay what they've eaten, and go back to work or continue their journey.

28/01/2026: Extremely low-quality ingredients. Every dish I order tastes like it's been frozen. I think they only use fresh produce for the salad... Given the arrogance of the owner/waitress (if you can call her that), I avoided mentioning it, because those who had been there before me had mentioned that they had to argue with us when they brought the issue to light. So I paid and thanked them, because I AM A GENTLEMAN!! I don't stoop to arguing with certain people. It's a shame because the place truly deserves so much, as it deserves professional staff, not just random people... Ah.... Reviews are earned, not bought!!!! I will definitely never go back again...

07/04/2026: Coming here for pizza feels like home. The owner is always welcoming, and the pizza is always delicious. The quiet atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and eating in peace.

07/02/2026: We used to go there for pizza after the disco 20 years ago. Same staff. The lady at the cashier is always great, very friendly, elegant, and refined. Truly a unique character. The late-night pizza is always excellent. Freshly baked from the coals. I recommend it.

29/07/2025: And it's the second time I've been there and I can only say that among the self-service restaurants it's the worst. Poor menu on the first courses and almost always beef ragù. It always opens late and they are not prepared. Terrible experience.

19/02/2026: The only bar in Reggio that makes you pay in advance for a simple breakfast. The waiter is kind and friendly, but as for the owner, let's draw a veil over her... never again.

31/12/2025: The desserts are good, but I find it absurd to wait 30 minutes to serve four people; they're incredibly slow. To get breakfast at the bar, you always have to take a number, so someone would have to wait over half an hour for breakfast even if the bar was completely empty. I won't be back.
