27/06/2025: Until several years ago it was fine, it was always a meeting place for aperitifs among the posh ones and the prices were never low, but the chef knew his stuff: I still remember a fantastic apple pie and a delicious battered cod, in addition to the guarantee of excellent fried gnocco and tortelli. After that it seems to have become a parody of itself, even adding paella, sushi and karaoke nights. The last time they served us a horrible whole wheat tagliolini with stew (not ragù) and an almost raw gnocco. And the menu for the pumpkin festival? From a fantastic risotto we moved on to micro portions of tortelli and lasagna. Everything always at prohibitive costs. They think they are a starred restaurant on the Navigli instead of a wine shop in Reggiolo. As if that weren't enough, the service is slow, distracted and informal, farmhouse style, and the owner doesn't even consider you (unless you want to order wine, of course).

20/04/2025: Sono stato il giorno di Pasqua con la mia famiglia, 8 persone. 8 antipasti discreti, arrivati in 15 minuti. Poi il dramma.... Per aspettare 8 primi piatti abbiamo aspettato ben 45 minuti!!!! Poi porzioni scarse, ma di qualità discreta. Il conto un po' eccessivo, rispetto al servizio complessivo.

16/07/2025: Have dined here repeatedly with local friends who love it for good reason. Delicious typical regional food and friendly and attentive service in a unique setting that I find lovely and comfortable. I cappelletti alla panna o in brodo are my favorite comfort food dish and they’re done perfectly here. I’ve also enjoyed excellent and generous salumi and fried zucchini flowers. My son had excellent steak and tiramisu. Their selection of digestivi is not to be missed! I disagree with some of the negative reviews, especially the people who felt qualified to review a place without even going to it! It is traditional food, but that’s my favorite kind. There are menus with prices. The environment has always been perfectly comfortable every time I’ve gone.

23/06/2025: Two small coffee creams for 8 euros, not even in Florence, good for good it's a normal and clean bar but they don't serve the Queen of England and near the station there are 4 others that are cheaper and have better food

10/04/2025: I used to frequent the skyscraper before the renovation and the staff have always been very friendly. I continue to frequent it even now, after the renewal and the quality has improved incredibly while maintaining the same prices. The environment is bright, modern and with attention to detail. The customer welcome is sublime. The aperitif is very good, both the food and the spritz. I highly recommend the place! Compliments!

29/06/2025: Disappointing seafood pizza... confident in its reputation, I ordered a seafood pizza without even consulting the menu, certain that such a classic choice would not disappoint. Unfortunately, I was wrong. A pizza arrived at my table with a truly disappointing topping: a few shrimp, tiny pieces of octopus and an exaggerated amount of surimi. The flavor was flat, and the overall quality of the topping did not live up to expectations, especially for a pizzeria that presents itself as renowned. I would kindly suggest to the pizza chef - and to whoever takes care of the selection of ingredients - that in Italy, by tradition and gastronomic culture, a real seafood pizza should include mussels, clams, shrimp tails, cuttlefish, baby octopus or cooked octopus. Surimi, a cheap product made from fish flour, may be misleading to those who are not experts, but those who truly love the sea on their plate will notice it immediately. I'm sorry to say this, but the pizza I ate tonight was literally not good and left me with a sense of disappointment, rather than taste.

04/05/2025: Ho mangiato una buona pizza ed un'ottima zuppa inglese. Servizio disponibile ed accogliente. Locale forse un po' datato ma pulito. Parcheggio abbastanza ampio dall'altra parte della strada, locale vicino al fiume Enza. Tornerò.

16/05/2025: Il titolare ha brontolato tutto il tempo. Non si è mangiato male. Al momento di pagare, facendo apologia di fascismo, ha tirato fuori una fotografia del Dice. Alle nostre rostranze ha continuato ad inveire. Con questo ristorane abbiamo chiuso e vedremo come procedere.

With 30 people seated in the cool square, punctual service, excellent cold cuts and erbazzone, two first courses (potato tortelli with bacon and green tortelloni) and desserts (rice cake, apple cake, chocolate cake) you don't know which to prefer. Try it and believe it!!!
